Sandra has been absolutely wonderful to work with! I had difficulty getting approved at one location, so she suggested another (for a great price), and had me instantly approved for a place off Fountain. She made sure I was the first to view the apartment, and basically gave me first dibs!She was very prompt in all her replies, made the process so smooth and easy, and was very helpful through it all. She noted a few things that needed to get repaired in the apartment before my move in (light bulb, sealing of sink and tub), and I'm confident with her behind this that all will be taken care of. I'm sad that EberlyCo is no longer managing the property I live in. I'm hoping the new property managers will be as responsive and personalized as Sandra was. She took the time to personally handle any issue I had from move in to maintenance and anything related to my unit. From losing my keys or taking my check on her way to managing other buildings, shes a stellar liaison between renters and property owners.Personalized service is really what makes a difference in this city trying to accommodate an ever growing population! The apartment I rented from The Eberly Company was a charming little community. It was by far the longest I've even stayed in the same apartment. I lived there for 6 years, and only moved out due to a military deployment. The management company, in particular Deena Eberly, were very helpful and accommodating post move. Have been living at 121 N Clark Dr for almost a year with my wife and two year old daughter and cannot speak highly enough about the building and living conditions as well as the support from management company. We moved from NY and the building offered us just the right amount of high end design and amenities combined with an amazing location at a reasonable price to make our landing very soft and welcoming.Owner was very hands on and reasonable to deal with across the board. The building manager has shown a remarkable concern for her tenants at S. Cochran Ave. Gently organizing get-togethers, and congratulations on milestones, without intruding on privacy, she has been a wonderful building manager. I resided in this building for thirteen months and felt very welcomed. (I left because of move overseas). Challenges were swiftly dealt with, and notice given as soon as possible for any repairs or entry to apartments. I recently vacated my unit in Miracle Mile after living there for over a year and truly I had a really positive experience! The place was amazing- in a great & safe location, no problems at all, wonderful neighbors...all the works! In 14 months, I had to call the maintenance folks just once to repair my leaking kitchen faucet and it was fixed immediately (within 24 hours). To top it off, I recently had to relocate for my job and vacated my unit with a 15 day notice...I was sure I was going to encounter  problems by doing so, or at the very least pay a hefty fee, but I worked with Sandra Recinos, and she was really accommodating, and I had zero issues whatsoever. I received my deposit today and was only dinged for a small cleaning feel. Highly recommend renting from them and work with Sandra if you can! We are sad about moving out of our current apartment in West Hollywood. I'm especially picky of floor plans and living spaces but I can tell you that this one's got great flow :) Our time here has been extremely pleasant as it is a quiet but friendly building with awesome amenities and an even more wonderful staff. There is an on-site manager who is really helpful and friendly, and any maintenance issues have been done almost immediately by their trusted maintenance staff that has worked with them forever. Kevin is very friendly and accessible as well, home is the number one thing we will miss about Los Angeles. I had a flood in my kitchen last night at 11 pm. I heard the sink making a noise and when I went to see what it was, there was backed up dirty water all over my kitchen floor. I called The Eberly Company's emergency line and Deena called me back 5 minutes later. She called me out a plumber at 11 o clock at night on a Friday. The plumber took an hour or so to get there and fix the problem but Deena called me back a few times to make sure everything went smoothly and got done. The Eberly Company just took over my apartment building and I have to say I'm very impressed!! I moved in about a year ago, and the management had not even finished the repairs from before I moved in. They never returned calls and never fixed anything. But, Eberly took over about two months ago, and things have never been better! They took care of all of the leftover maintenance in my apartment, as well as making repairs to the building itself such as cleaning the hallway carpets and getting a new gardener. I use their online system to request maintenance which is really easy, and someone is always there the next day. I would recommend Eberly to anyone looking for an apartment. More...

They are a great management company! I'll bet you 90% of the complainers are the trouble makers. I live on their property in Studio City and they are very receptive about their tenants concerns and always address the trouble tenants timely, that's probably why they are hating on Yelp. If you are a good neighbor, respect others, and follow the rules then you will not have issues with the management company. More...

He, and the rest of the staff there, were always friendly and genuine. This is a review for the Building Manager (Daniella) at the Mansfield Apartments in Miracle Mile. Throughout our tenancy in this building, Daniella proved to be an excellent building manager - in fact, she's been the best building manager we've had. She is professional and quick to respond, as well as very friendly and down to earth - which always made us feel comfortable to reach out to her for anything that we needed, and confident that any issue would be resolved quickly (although we really didn't run in to many issues while living there). She was very understanding when we submitted out 30 day notice when we decided to move to another area, and a fair amount of money was withheld from our security deposit. Excellent experience. My property had excessive deferred maintenance (was formerly owned by my elderly mother). The Eberly Company and their staff and select vendors quickly and efficiency had all of the problems corrected in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very fair cost.

I've lived in a building in The Miracle Mile managed by the Eberly Company for 2.5 years and I have never considered moving! Our building is full of one bedrooms and is really quiet--many of the residents have lived here for decades. The apartments are spacious, the laundry room is clean and usually available (especially on weeknights), the front lawn is well manicured (and was just redone!), and I've never had issues with package delivery. The building manager, Daniela, lives on-site and is always a phone call, email, or door knock away. Whenever I've had plumbing issues (only once in the last 2.5 years which is good for such an old building) or any other type of concern, I've been able to get her really quickly and she always responds in a timely fashion (with Memo, the building repair guy). I've had a couple of issues with inconsiderate fellow residents and I've always had an easy time getting the building manager to intervene on my behalf. The crappy part is there is no parking, but that can't really be helped! I also wish they cashed the rent checks a little faster--sometimes it can take up to two weeks and that bugs me, but it's not a huge deal. Overall, I love living in my building! More...

We are sad to be moving out of the Manhattan Apartments in West Hollywood, but we are relocating back home to the Bay. We felt so lucky to get it because we jumped on it almost as soon as it was posted in March! We searched high and low and found nothing comparable at this price point in this area, not even close! As a Feng Shui consultant, I'm especially picky of floorplans and living spaces but I can tell you that this one's got great flow :) Our time here has been extremely pleasant as it is a quiet but friendly building with awesome amenities and an even more wonderful staff. There is an on-site manager who is really helpful and friendly, and any minor maintenance issues have been done almost immediately by their trusted maintenance staff that has worked with them forever. Kevin Eberly is very friendly and accessible as well, which is hard to find these days! i don't think they're that bad. i live at the 100 n sycamore ave property&so far, no complaints. if anything, i like that they take my rent check a day or so late&don't insist upon the late fee.
