There are not enough words to describe the conviction I feel in my highest regards of recommendation for Sarah and her team member, Danielle. First of all, her food speaks for itself - there is care and affection in her cooking that you can immediately taste, and she does not take shortcuts in creating 'easy flavors' of the usual tricks.  We enjoyed one hundred percent of the menu; there was no specific 'highlight' followed by mundane fillers.  Second, Sarah genuinely enjoys her practice and it allows for an atmosphere of joyful abundance and gratitude.  Most of all, her food is kind.  Her food is literally kind to your body, but more so is Sarah's intention; I was actually victim to an unprofessional Hudson Valley caterer's cancellation (Linda from Grounded) two days before the event, and Sarah was sincerely expedient and responsive in putting together an unimaginable feast out of her already busy schedule.  I don't believe she would have done this except out of the goodwill of her empathetic heart, and that is the truly rare in this industry.  Every once in a while, you get lucky in meeting someone who is authentically invested in the personal joy of your special event -  and that is the "Mangia and Enjoy" experience that you must experience without any reservation! Sarah catered a casual buffet for a family pool party and everything was delicious and nicely presented. We opted for a ‘drop off’ of room temp foods and it worked out great. .nothing to keep hot and no work for me so I could enjoy my company. She threw an unexpected bonus jug of fresh lemonade in....and it was the perfect mixer with some good Gin that evening. Ha! More...

I love to eat at this place so much! The fine, elegant cuisine that they provide can not be found anywhere else! They have perhaps the BEST food I could ever spend my money on! It seriously indeed the best caters that we could find, worth driving all the way out to New York to just eat here! :) More...
