Joe (the owner) came out and personally did our carpets and upholstery himself! Not only was he on time, he did the whole house in about 3hrs. (It would’ve taken me a whole week!) We had some pretty tough stains to get out, due to pets and a toddler and he surpassed my expectations! The carpets feel better than new! It felt great to put my bare feet on a fluffy, clean carpet again. I highly recommend this company and can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you again, Joe! More...

I had Sanitizer Carpets come out last week to do my carpets and they did a fantastic job but What I was more impressed with was the customer service. The guys who came out to do my carpet went above and beyond. My kids were home and of course they were bothering them the entire time. These guys even stayed to see all their toys the kids wanted them to see and one of the gentlemen climbed into my daughter playground set and cleaned the cob webs out for her. My daughter even gave them a hug before they left cause of how sweet they were! The customer service really warmed my heart to see how personable they were and how great the customer service was. The owner does a fantastic job hiring his staff. Make sure you hire these guys to do your floors because all around GREAT COMPANY!!! More...

Highly recommend! So I’m in the process of selling my home and after looking into whole house re-carpeting I decide to call Joe at The Carpet Sanitizers. Came by for a quick and easy estimate, he told me he could give me desirable results so I scheduled a cleaning. Came home today and was more than impressed with their work. Carpets look amazing and the whole house is fresh. Amazing work and saved me a TON of $$$. Can’t thank them enough for the cost savings and results. I just had a very pleasant experience with The Carpet Sanitizers. I came home from a few days at the beach to find that my dogs had peed everywhere, especially in my boys' rooms. Highly recommend!! Joe is awesome. He squeezed us in before we moved and let us use his air dryers overnight so the carpets were dry by morning. Then he came back and got them himself!! WOW!! I had The Carpet Sanitizers clean my Mom's carpets and floors for the holidays as a last minute  Christmas gift.  They were able to fit me in really quick and exceeded all expectations I had for my Mom's dirty carpets (she has a huge golden and little granddaughter that digs in the mud a lot. Lol both of them). Not only were they able to get out all of the stains in the carpets but they came out looking and smelling brand new.  Joe even gave us some tips to maintain the clean carpets for the future.  They also did our floors and grout, which blew me away how clean they were able to get them!! Absolutely blown away! With a crawling baby & suffering from asthma/allergies, I needed a quality spring clean. My carpets look brand new. I also had my couches cleaned because my children, dogs and husband had done a number on them. I honestly did not think they were salvageable, but The Carpet Sanitizers revived them. Stains are gone! My father used to be a carpet cleaner and then had a rug cleaning business for several years so I have very high expectations and carpet santizers exceeded them. We had two older dogs who did a number on our carpet and oriental rug before they passed away. I did not expect our carpets or rug to look and smell as amazing as they turned out. They also cleaned a large sectional we bought off some friends who had five dogs and are smokers. I have a sensitive nose and can't smell anything while sitting on it. I now feel comfortable having our baby on all surfaces as she learns to crawl. This is also the first company that I have allowed into our house without my husband home because I felt immediately at ease with the owner when talking to him on the phone. We had our carpets cleaned today and are extremely pleased with the results. We have a large area rug on hardwood that we wanted cleaned.
Before finding The Carpet Sanitizers, we had lugged the huge/heavy carpet to a nearby cleaners that told us the cost would be ~$50 on the phone, and when we got there they told us it would actually be ~$250.
We brought the carpet home and started searching around online for another company to bring it to, when we found Joe at The Carpet Sanitizers. I actually emailed him around 1130pm and he got back to me within an hour- so he is extremely responsive. I had reached out to multiple carpet cleaners in the area, but Joe was the most straight forward with pricing, which is VERY important in your search for a carpet cleaner. All of the other companies that I reached out to would not give me a definitive price, and/or told me there were circumstances when other charges may apply - without detailing those circumstances in full.
Joe at the Carpet Sanitizers told me the price up front with guarantee no hidden fees - AND they come to your house to do it, even if you just have area rugs like we do.
We have dogs, so even though the carpets are relatively new, they were slightly dirty and we wanted them cleaned in time for the holiday. He booked us immediately to get this done for us. The machine they used was incredible and restored our carpets, which now look brand new and smell very fresh and clean - all for an unbeatable and very affordable price. Plus, he was extremely friendly, professional, and polite.
We will use Joe at The Carpet Sanitizers any time we need our carpets cleaned, and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs their carpets or area rugs cleaned in the area. Before using their services, we infrequently got our carpets professionally cleaned, but based on their extremely affordable prices, we will get our carpets cleaned more frequently than we had in the past.
