Very eclectic and artsy venue. Great for any informal event.
An amazing community center that is a must see
I dont know how this place is still around but I'll take it. Lol, it's seen some interesting days and has plenty neat indie bands
Amazing event venue! We had so much fun there. The atmosphere is incredible, the art is incredible. Overall would love to come back! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to attending more events there! More...

indie video game show was cool, people were friendly.
Really cool creative space. Can't wait to go back. The bathrooms look really cool.
Its a great little hidden gem.Good Vibes!
Great venue, nice staff, amazing talent showcased... :)
I attended a fashion show at The Bakery and it was my first time ever being there and it was such a wonderful experience! It was easy to find and it is a wonderful collective for creatives to flock together and put on a show.
Best alternative arts center anywhere ever Great! :-) :-) :-)
This place is needing time to blossom, but it's got potential. Keep it weird.
Very Artistic. Nice lgbtq community
Programming here always changes, which is nice. They have Square to pay/donate at the door which makes it easy. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming.
First time here, but definitely will be coming back for more shows.
One of the best venues I've ever been to!
Literally the best place ever
Back in my day, this was moderately sketchy raves. Now it's mildy sketchy concerts. Either way, it's a good time.
Super cool space! Really enjoyed the show.
We went to The Bakery for an art exhibit and it was pretty cool. Very artistic and outside the box. Unfortunately there is no heat or air conditioning due to the fact that it is an old warehouse but its worth it to be exposed to so much creativity.
My favorite creative space in Atlanta, great community of people and an unmistakable amount of talent at each event. Close ties to the Atlanta DIY art scene.
Cool vibe. Cool music.
Really cool venue for music and art! Please support this place it's one of the small gems of ATL and honestly we need more places like this!
Huge space and kind employees. They will work with you and help however they can. Events and performances are wonderful and open to many people with different interests.
The Bakery is a huge venue. It is almost the best kept secret type venue. Great venue for parties.
Simple, No frills, bright sounding room, some good bands
Cute little personal DIY venue that is open to everyone and has a great energy! There's always art all over the place as well as cool themed rooms. Perfect space to do a photoshoot at along with the myriad of other things you can do here! Definitely my favorite venue to go to a show at. More...
What an amazing queer friendly place for artists. I really enjoyed the event I went to; the space was very inviting. Each room has a completely different feel to it, and the overall vibe is really welcoming.
Atlanta needs you.
I like this place.
it's gay I'm gay I love it
This was my third time attending an event at this venue & it was great as usual! I always love to support my peers & local businesses as well ✨
This place ia dynamite. Great times, fantastic venue.
Had a photo shoot there. SO MUCH VISUAL AMAZINGNESS GOING ON THERE!!!
Feast for the eyes!
Fantastic play last night...K2
Amazing art, amazing staff, highly recommend
The bakery has really become the place for a lot of art events and shows in the past year. I've been probably 10 times at this point and always have a good time! Their lighting set up is super cool for shows, their decorations around the house are decadent and always changing, and you could honestly go at any time of the day (official event or no) and there will be something going on or artists at work there. they also have a gender inclusive bathroom and are pretty good about making it a safe space. it's a cool place to check out! Interesting space with a welcoming, grassroots feel.
Dope venue, cool aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere
Pretty cool place
Love it here! Great atmosphere
Absolutety fell in love with this place after going to see a few bands there. They're amazing people and there's just a great overall vibe. I'll be coming here much, much more often! More...
Freedom and space to express oneself for the masses. Really neat spot!
Wonderful venue that has potential for providing more creative tools for artist
Best party (Halloween) I've been to in years.
Huge art space. Lots of fun.
Great venue for just about everything.
I love this space! They've done so much with it, it's beautiful.
Such fun vibes. Inside/outside space. Enjoyed visiting and will be back!
Good event venue
Fun fun fun
The bakery is the best and friendliest event space in Atlanta.
Went here for yoga, absolutely love the space.
The Bakery is a cute little venue with a whole lot of character, very friendly staff and great shows, would go again in a heart beat!
Good place to party!
this place offers different things.
Cool after hours venue in the city.
Great mix of indoor and outdoor space.
Love this place
Attended the Latinx event. It was fun but did not have much parking and the venue was some what small for the event but over all it was ok!
Power to the Polls! Jan 20, 2018!
Power to the Polls event worked well at this property. Outside for the large group, inside for sponsors. Food trucks were available and just enough special needs parking with a large lot down the street for most attendees
Went to liberal political event here! Great space in a friendly neighborhood
Cool public art outside. Great place for pictures.
Super interesting venue in the middle of nowhere
The people who run this place are legitimately some of the most creative and inspiring people in the city of Atlanta.
Amazing atmosphere, employees are kind and accommodating, inclusive safe space for friends to have fun!
Very laid back and willing to accommodate!
Quirky, interesting venue! Love this place.
Cool space that smells like cookies
Went to the 1yr anniversary of the Woman's March. Outstanding
Art-y, funky, hippie, queer-friendly arts, community, and events venue.
A really great queer-friendly space in Atlanta. They host all kinds of workshops that promote community building and education. Donate as much to them as possible! There's also a super cute bartender named Seve. I find her to be very charming and she makes excellent drinks!! More...
Awesome venue with a great vibe
Cool spot warehouse style.
Cool late night spot
It's a cool art gallery/ warehouse that features a variety of events.
Love this place! Great live music!
Amazing venue, and amazing vibes thanks to it being run by amazing people.
Loved the energy in this spot, fantastic energy all around
diverse, safe creative space... can’t wait for more community events! ! ! !
Best venue in GA. I love the atmosphere and the community that comes with it. Everyone is welcome here.
The Bakery is a fun and accessible place for artists and surrounding SW Atlanta community groups to host events and more!
Love the place maybe find a maximum sound level for local residents.
Facebook deleted my review for calling out the yuppies in the neighborhood, so I’m leaving another.

Man, this place has people and walls and typically snacks AND THEN more people show up and make dance sounds. I'll tellya'what, it's a funfort.

A great place to see shows! I’m glad that a venue is here to host and grow the local scene!
Fantastic multi-use space with a friendly staff that understands the importance of building a community around local art & culture.
Awesome, versatile spot on the belt line. I love what you guys are doing with the place
I wish i could put into words what The Bakery community means to me. I love it here. Everyone I've met through this network really genuinely cares about each other. The owners are a couple of the most badass powerful women I've ever met. There's not much more we could ask for. ✌ More...
The Atlanta arts community doesn't just love The Bakery, with spaces to facilitate art consistently being shut down, we NEED The Bakery, and I couldn't feel more lucky to bear witness to all the amazing events they have held.
This venue has done more for the community in a few short months than I can believe. A sanctuary for artists and creatives. Beautiful artwork and wonderful friendly staff. Don't blame the venue for the faults of outside promoters. More...
An art sanctuary in a city that's being sold to any and every oppressive institution. The Atlanta art scene is under attack and The Bakery is our best hub
This is an amazing spot for a plethora of events and activities. Truly a sanctuary for anyone in the artistic community. Music, art, yoga, intellectual discourse meetings, you name it. I don’t know another multi-art venue that offers diversity at this scale. A gem. Definitely a ripe atmosphere for the soul or the creative/intellectual gymnasts. More...
This place holds a special place in my heart and has always been a haven for the creative minded. One of a kind spot and a community full of great people and entertainment.
Such a beautiful community venue. Gardening, yoga and coffee shop during the day. Healing and rejuvenation classes. One nights event getting too loud is something that can be addressed and fixed, no need to crucify the venue for the mistake of a one time event rented and thrown by outside promoters.
Since being under new management this building has grown exponentially more versatile, hosting voters awareness events and gardening classes and other community friendly activities as well as being a safe haven for artists. More...
This space is a current haven for creative and marginalized communities. It is volunteer run and very underfunded, and occasionally has to host buy-out events to sustain itself. It is disheartening that my neighborhood will quickly turn against a space that provides so much more, and compare it to previous ownership that was there only to throw raves and parties- simply from one night’s events. This space has provided a platform for many unheard voices, as well as opportunities to give back to the community. More...
I came here with a friend for a event for drawing. At first I was expecting this place to be an actual bakery, but it's an art venue. There are different artworks everywhere, which was fun to look at. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The room where we did our event was dark and cozy. There were chairs and pillows around to get you comfortable. The only downside about this venue is the location. It's really far (for me) and looks a bit sketchy from the outside. Other than that, it's a pretty cute art place. Definitely worth checking out if you're into the arts! More...
