Impeccable Service. Kevin returned my phone call to request a quote within an hour. He met me at my home and after measuring my existing fence and a brief consultation I had a quote. Once I gave approval we set a date and time to replace my fence. Everything happened as promised. His crew was on time, friendly, and they did an excellent job. There was no trash or material pieces left behind, or evidence they were there except the fact my old fence is gone and I now have a beautiful new fence. The price was more than fair as I received 4 total estimates. There were several companies in Tyler who never returned my call to request a quote, and one that took 9 (nine!) days to return my call. I am as picky as any other homeowner who wants quality work at a reasonable and fair price. Texas Craftsmen uses only the highest quality materials so you definitely get more for your money. Most importantly, I feel like the "service" provided was nothing short of perfect. If who you do business with is as important as what you are purchasing I am certain you will be as impressed with Kevin and the Texas Craftsmen crew as I am. I know I made the right choice, and would be happy to meet with anyone to spread the good word that there are still businesses who keep their promises, do an excellent job, and don't overcharge their customers. The owner Kevin came out very promptly and did a walk through of are Fence problems. There was nothing wrong with our fence itself just the fence post. Everyone else told us that we needed to buy a $5,000 fence Kevin came out and told us he could repair it.He gave us a price and stuck to that price. His crew came out and did a wonderful job.
