Ted DeCagna Graphic Design was exactly what our small startup company needed to get a new line moving. We are in a highly competitive market and Ted's years of experience in a vast array of product lines put us out front and center. His meticulously hand drawn logo lettering made everyone stand up and take notice of the new guys. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. And his patience with the ups and downs of a startup, the endless delays, and the final last minute revisions were all taken in stride. Ted Decagna is a great professional I am very pleased with his work. He is worth the investment. I knew from the second I walked in his studio I had the right man for the job. He had a big table where he does HAND written lettering before it gets on the computer. He has so much originality. He started asking questions about me and my company. You get a really good feeling he cares. Next he explained how the process worked in 3 phases. Where he starts with nothing but the ideas in his head in phase 1 with black/white copy. Then he moves on to phase 2 where you really see why its important to hire a professional. He works his magic to test out all options on color. I liked my black and white copy but when he put color on it the logo really came to life. Then phase 3 the master piece. All in all working with Ted was a pleasure. Ted is the consummate professional, taking great pride in his work and treating the logo design process from conception to completion as if it were for his own company. He brings a strong work ethic, a keenly creative eye, and a passion for bringing a business owner's vision to life. All of my interactions in Ted were in person, over the phone, and via email/text. Ted always made himself available to me however I needed him during this process. Ted is also a great listener, always ensuring that he is incorporating what is most important to his client's vision while adding his expertise and professional opinion to ensure the final product adequately reflects the ultimate goals of the project, both now and for future business considerations (websites, promotional materials, conventions, you name it). I consider Ted a trusted business partner and couldn't be happier with how he captured my company's branding. Design can't be farmed out online in a crowd-sourcing manner. It's too personal and there are too many decisions, choices, and considerations that need to be made if you want the final product to truly capture your vision. “As the Manager of an Assisted Living Facility, Horizon Manor, it is imperative that I have a website and design that can compete with the much larger facilities. Ted tore down our dated website and created something that’s modern and fresh. He took the time to speak with the guests and get the “feel” of our Country Inn setting. With that in one hand and a camera in the other he took high resolution photos that enhance our appearance and show the true charm of our Victorian Style home. He then “hand crafted” our logo in a one of a kind style that’s all about elegance. A beautiful script lettering like I’ve not seen before. Ted’s photos of my sculptures are fantastic. The lighting and clarity are amazing.He captured every fine detail of my portrait and wild life sculptures. His logo designs are one of kind, hand lettered masterpiece works of finesse. His old school talent is very hard to find.
