I was referred to TechAnalysts by a friend who had a positive experience with them and I now know why. The owners, Gary and Deb Hoffmann are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They designed a website for my business which was just what I had in mind and more. The website has generated business and made my business easier to manage. Deb also spent time with me showing me how to manage the website's content on my own. She and Gary have also been more than willing to provide answers for me when I wasn't quite sure how to manage something (me being the tech challenged person that I am). We have been teamed up with TechAnalysts for a couple of years now and we are extremely happy with their services. Our experience has been very good and their response time on any issues is second to none! As a company they have been extremely responsive to our requests and they offer a solution to our company that let's us stand above our competition. Our website does not have the canned look that most websites have - we get many positive comments from our customers on how easy our site is to navigate. We are able to maintain our inventory online and make changes to our site to make our own. We also use Techanalysts for our mail server and it is seamless. When I receive emails or phone calls from other companies offering their services for website development, I promptly tell them that we are very happy with our site and our services and that they can take us off of their list!
