Carolyn Canning is an amazing realtor! We are moving from Las Vegas and literally had ONE weekend (really only two days) to find and buy a home. Carolyn was so well prepared. She brought a binder full of our "favorited" homes with some extra space to write notes and comments about each home. She brought a snack basket as she knew it would be a full day and we would be eating through lunch. She knew what we wanted and listened before we even went out to what our goals were, so as to not lead us to any dud homes and waste any precious time. On our last day we landed our dream home with a new home builder, and she negotiated it $10,000 below market value and they threw in all these upgrades for us like vinyl fencing and white cabinets FOR FREE. She is very good at what she does, smart, friendly and knows the market. She wont try to the gimmicky salesman tactics that some realtors try just to get you to buy a home. I would highly recommend Team Greene for the following reasons:1. Very responsive to calls, texts, and e-mails: They were very patient and willing to answer all of my stupid questions (which there were a lot). 2. Our house was listed quickly: Our house was up and listed in less than a week. After taking pictures of our house, it was on the internet the next day.3. They really do work as a team. Travis, Rick, and Greg all helped us throughout the process.4. Our house sold in 8 days with three offers. Sure, that's probably not typical and had a little to do with the area, but other houses in our neighborhood didn't always sell that quickly.5. Rick was amazing!!! We had a very difficult time working with the builders on our home but Rick was very on top and in constant contact with the situation. Rick works with MANY clients, but whenever you speak to him he makes you feel like your business is the top of his priority, and then he proves it.
