My technician Wilson Hernandez, was beyond wonderful. Besides being very polite and friendly, Wilson showed great knowledge about all of the myriad of electrical issues our house has. Even as we encountered a number of new issues as the day progressed, Wilson patiently and with great enthusiasm faced tele challenge and delivered legendary customer service and a high degree of quality work! I had two electrical issues. Our outside flood lights around the house went out, and the electrical outlets in our family room started failing, and eventually all of them (6) failed. I called TE Certified Electricians based on my Best Pick Reports book, and the large number of 5 star ratings given, as well as the write up. They arrived promptly as scheduled. Their electrician, Hayden, did a thorough inspection of the electric panel and the outlets in my family room. The causes were identified. A power surge had knocked out all of the flood lights. My house is 48 years old and the outlets had started failing.He put a plan together for what needed to be done. The costs were reasonable for what needed to be done. I agreed and he called in a helper to get the job done the same day. I had all the outlets and light switches replaced in the family room, kitchen and dining room done. I upgraded to quad outlets in some areas. I got 10 LED flood lights installed that will last for 40 years and had a whole house surge protector installed and one circuit breaker upgraded to a 50 amp circuit to provide enough amperage for my new 3 1/2 ton central air unit. All of this work was completed the same day. Hayden explained everything in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied before I signed the payment form. I would certainly recommend TE Certified Electricians to anyone looking for service, and also highly recommend Hayden for his outstanding skills and customer service. I can not speak highly enough of my experience with T E Certified HVAC and Josh *****, our technician, and Brent ********* the HVAC service manager. Josh was the opitomy of professionalism. He took the time to listen to the concerns we had with our current HVAC system and his knowledge of HVAC equipment made it easy for us to understand and feel confident in the equipment he proposed for our home. Knowing that the installation process means everything to the purchase of a new HVCA system, Josh's expertise made us feel confident we were getting our units installed properly. Justin is simply amazing! We had received multiple quotes and Justin worked to quote us on exactly what we needed while being mindful of costs. Needless to say, not only was TE Certified the most competitively priced company for recessed lighting, Justin was very patient in explaining things and answering questions on other projects we hope to complete on our own. Given tight schedules, Justin was very accommodating as he rearranged his calendar and cam out and installed our lights on a Saturday. The quality of his work is immaculate as he took the time to cover furniture, take measurements and get our approval before drilling any holes. Credit also goes to install Nic who was very friendly and worked very efficiently to complete several large projects in a very short time alongside Justin. The value they presented is the best among the other contractors we have worked with in the past. A very professional company with very knowledgeable employees. Kyle gave me 30 min notice of arrival, wore shoe covers inside the house and was just very polite and respectful throughout. I had electrical services done and some extra plug points as I wanted to add an extra washing machine,and reposition the layout of my laundry room & 2 wall sconces installed in my power room. Kyle was my technician knowledgeable.The most important part that I observed they do work as per code.He found something that my security system guys had done and was not by code and I had that fixed too by the company too.And are able to point out if a previous electrician has not done something correctly or by code. I have peace of mind knowing that this job doesn't have to be double checked. I highly reccomend the company I can tell they have very good business practices. Made an appointment for plumbing service. TE happened to have an unusual cancellation and called to inquire if I would like to proceed with Bidet/ Toilet replacement in that given day/hour. I work from home so the natural answer was "certainly". In less than 3 hours the new Kohler Toilet was replaced by a Master Plumber, Jesse without a "glitch". The Picture Depicts how the workspace was left , clean, operational and exceeded expectations.The new installation replaced a 25yr old original to house build /construction toilet with out difficulty.
