My boyfriend and I were in TC for vacation & decided to drop in for a class & check the place out. We are SO happy we did! The owners were warm and welcoming & the members followed suit. They have a great setup with tons of equipment, and they let us do our own thing (we dropped in for an open gym). If you live in the area, this is a gym I would choose for myself! I was able to "drop in" to TC Total CrossFit for a Mon and Wed 0530 class while in Traverse City, MI at Northwestern Michigan College for training in SONAR for Search and Recovery Operations. Couldn't have been happier with the facilities, programming, coaching, class size, range of skill levels, and welcome. If you're looking for a local box that epitomizes the ethos of what we do, this is your place. My husband and I came here from out of town and were extremely impressed by this facility and the people. From the minute we walked in people were friendly and welcoming.
