I have the freedom of working my own hours and I have an awesome boss (ME!) that allows me to offer the following Personal Training and Nutrition programs:
*My Personal Training Sessions are priced from $40 - $95 a session, and includes:
• Buddy Training (2 people)
• Small Group Training (3-5 people)
• Large Group Training (6+ people)
• In-home Training
• Outdoor Training
• Online Training (perfect for those who prefer to workout at home, but still have the accountability of a Personal Trainer!)
* All Personal Training Sessions are offered for 30-min or 60-mins!
I encourage everyone to schedule a 10-20 min phone consultation, to discuss their goals in greater detail, as well as to answer any questions/concerns they may have regarding personal training and/or nutrition.
For Personal Training, some of the questions I want people to think about (so that we can discuss) is:
* What are you doing now for exercise?
* What's the most important thing you want to achieve with your sessions?
* Do you prefer 30 or 60-mins sessions?
* On a scale of 1-10, how motivated are you to reach your goals?
* Are you ready to take action TODAY?!
After our phone consultation, we would then schedule a complimentary meet-up consultation (online phone consultation), assessment and mini-workout to make sure that we’re a great fit for your success!
I train my clients outdoors, in-home and online. To be able to watch and be a part of my clients getting stronger, increase their confidence, improve their overall health, get off (decrease) medications, lose weight, decrease body fat or just to be happy with their bodies..Absolutely PRICELESS!!
