GREAT and friendly service! My tech was Roger and he went absolutely above and beyond when servicing our pool pump. Knew exactly what he was doing and even took some time to teach us a few things as new pool owners. Definitely recommend!

My Pool has never looked so good! I really like the fact they take pictures to show me the work has been done and email the chemicals added. Â I'm pretty bad at upkeep when left to my own devices and I usually get a ring around the collar of my pebble-tec pool. Â Since using take 10, my pool is sparkly clean and no ring! I contacted Take 10 to replace a push pull valve on my pool. They sent a service tech out the next day who did a great job for a very fair price. I also thought the manager/scheduler/pool tech were very pleasant to deal with. I liked them so much that I had them come out again to replace the sand in my filter. The owner promised that it would be done the next day.We waited all day and no pool tech or phone call ever came. I called the scheduler late in the day and she promised he would be there at 7 AM the next day to do the job. We again waited all day and received no phone call about any delay. The tech showed up at 4:30 and did the job. When he finished, he left without saying a word.The lines of communication could be a bit better, but this was the week Phx got hit with 4 haboobs is 5 days. I used Yelp's 'Request a Quote' feature and emailed a dozen pool companies looking for a bid for some pool plumbing work. Â Take 10 Pools bid the best price and scheduled a day to come by .The day arrived for the scheduled work and they gave me an arrival window. Â Todd was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the repair and pool operation. Â After the repair was complete, Todd let the system run and monitored it for any leaks.I would definitely recommend Take 10 Pools to family members or friends for their value and friendly service.Thanks guys!
