Tad James Company

VERY DISAPPOINTING
I was unjustly accused and invalidated for their perception I was leveraging ‘secondary gains’ from a disastrous issue at the hotel I was staying at where the training was being held. This caused me to, unlike every other participant, deep sleep but with major spinal injury aggravation due to a broken bed I couldn’t get out of while in very broken not-so-deep hypnotic sleep. Eight hours of severe pain and sleep deprivation I took into day 2 of training. carried the pain of multiple military service incurred injuries throughout the day until it was just too much. But to the TAD JAMES people I was leveraging ‘secondary gains’.

The hotel changed my rooms but too little too late…damage done. The hotel has since offered a full refund understanding the situation and as they do have integrity.

Additionally, the Trainer refused to allow me to have a hypnotic induction for an poorly explained reason. I assume it was either personal or discriminatory.

After leaving the training room a Training Coach approached me. He wasn’t wasn’t aware of the extreme pain caused by the damaged bed. Unfortunately without pain killers or hypnotic intervention to ease the damage, I snapped at him. By that time, I was overwhelmed and unimpressed by the ‘secondary gains’ and the discrimination.

Damage done (not deliberately) by the hotel I left for safer ground.

The TAD JAMES trainer in my perception failed on the issue of Duty of Care. While the bed wasn’t their issue or blame, it was within their scope to adapt and support, considering they knew beforehand that I have PTSD, Anxiety and more.

The TAD JAMES COMPANY seems to only care about money. I’ve heard this before. My mistake choosing them. If you do look for a relevant hypnosis course look around and choose wisely; there are always better more suitable options. GOOD LUCK. More...

Disappointing.
I was discriminated against as they set a situation where I wasn't to receive the benefits of some particular training.
Be wary.

This course was the BEST investment in my entire lifetime. The quality in course presentation, organization, and content are phenomenal, lots of hands on training, I got all my questions answered, I have all the confidence in the world to put everything to work, and I am immensely grateful for the vast knowledge and understandings of human behavior and change work. After only three weeks after completion of the Practitioner course, I have confidently worked with clients on self doubt, guilt, fears and phobias, general life coaching and other things. My self growth is through the roof and personally I have never had more confidence and self assurance in my life. I highly recommend for anybody who is interested to make this time and $ investment now. Dont walk, run! I can't wait to take my Master and other courses with Tad james. The quality is unsurpassed. World class training for everyone constantly seeking more from themselves and others. My experience with the Tad James co was far beyond what I expected. The content is clearly presented, there is plenty of practice/application during the training (so you know what to do in the real world once completed) and the team genuinely cares about your understanding and comprehension of all the materials and techniques. The trainers, Stephan & Shalee, were OUTSTANDING! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. They clearly know their stuff & are happy to share it with you. Having recently graduated from the FasTrak NLP Practitioner Training, I am incredibly grateful for my experience thus far with the Tad James Company. I grew both personally and professionally, in one of the most comprehensive and transformative weeks I have ever had.
