The food was flavorful and everyone liked it! You can tell that they use high quality ingredients in their recipes. They were very helpful to answer questions and deliver and set up (for a small fee). These guys know what they are doing. Great family business the food is delicious and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend you use them for your next event small or large. Our Mobile Taco Carts, we cook onsite and provide a beautiful set up, great for all occasions.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Mexican Food is pretty easy to create a menu with. We offer 4 types of meats and also have veterinarian options available.
What do you love most about your job?
Serving customers with our delicious food. Most customers find it surprising how authentic and delicious our food is. We leave satisfied after every event because we know everyone left with happy tummys.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well we had the restaurant for over 14 years and we have always catered through the restaurant from our regular customers who asked is to cater for them, but never to the extent we are focusing on it now. Actually, one of the founders was taking an Entrepreneur Class at Saddleback College and the class required him to come up with a business plan for the future. That was how Taco Bar Catering was born.
