The best company I have ever worked for! The work environment is phenomenal for a Public Relations company - my team was welcoming from my first day.
Even if you start on a lower level, you are still listened to and given countless opportunities to demonstrate your creativity and leadership. The President will even take time out of her day to listen to a new project you have in mind - daunting to think about, but actually a great example of the faith she puts in her staff and her investment in her employees.
Hard work is the key though! Going the extra mile is applauded, but seeing it as a 9 - 5 job will prevent you from moving up in the company. Over all an A++, I would recommend working at T.J. Sacks & Associates to everyone!

What do you love most about your job?
I love working directly with clients to learn their needs. And, then work to develop the proper strategy and best tactics with which to implement our public relations/marketing communications program on their behalf.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had leadership positions in three of the leading global public relations agencies and as such, helped them to become successful. My entrepreneurial spirit took hold a number of years ago when I decided to go on my own and open my own public relations agency. The rest, so they say, is history.

Our mantra has always been: Big enough to deliver. Small enough to care.
