What makes a great website?
A good website starts with beautiful design, but a great website is a marriage of beautiful design, effective communication, and ease of usability. Many of our clients are small businesses who only have a budget for the initial build and need to be able to update their site on their own. We offer packages of all sizes and create sites that anyone can maintain. Whether you'd rather have us update your site or be able to do it in house we can provide you with whatever works best for the moving parts of your business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We have a very organized and fun intake process, it's easy and very little pressure on you as the client. The most important thing for us is to get to know you and your values. From there creating the elements of your brand comes easily.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
For branding projects we have two intake forms, one that is a little more abstract which yields a visual result and one that is more straight forward i.e. "how you came to be, what values are important to you etc."
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is intake and research based with the ultimate goal of providing you with work you love and that truly represents your brand. We pride ourselves in being skilled listeners and communicators, once intake is received we take to the drawing board and pour our hearts into creating iterations for you to review. We do not stop until the perfect solution is reached.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We have two intake sheets which take no more than 1/2-1 hour to complete and we usually have a meeting in person or over the phone to make sure we are a good fit. From there we hit the ground running.
What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to bring peoples dreams to life. Creating truly effective design solutions makes our hearts sing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've always been a self starters and very passionate people. We wanted to be able to touch every part of the creative process to ensure the final outcome was the best for our clients. This is very important to us.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are very hard workers who are extremely passionate about providing great customer experience, we aren't happy unless you're happy.
