I’ve been seeing Rochelle for, wow, almost two years now. I’ve followed her from Greenwood to Ballard- through the traffic that is Ballard, and I hate traffic (she’s just that good. ) Rochelle’s spa set up in Ballard is super relaxing and has great energy. I love it! It’s in a newer workspace building in Ballard which is really nice.

When I first met Rochelle, she instantly made me feel comfortable, when the idea of a Brazilian was any but comforting. But she’s able to read a person and know whether they need someone to talk and make jokes or be ultra-serious. Rochelle is super easy to talk to and she feels more like a friend than an esthetician.

Sugaring was probably the greatest thing I could do for my skin, that is until I started getting facials from Rochelle. Those are life-changing.

Life-changing.

For the facials she always checks with in with you on your moods and goals and matches that up to the products AND product scents she uses. I’m pretty sensitive to artificial smells, luckily Rochelle doesn’t use anything that is chemically or fake smelling. Instead, the facials become a sensational experience of relaxation and aromatherapy.

Her facials involve the normal cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, extractions, & treatments, but what sets them apart is the guided meditation, massage, and energy work. She also brushes my hair during the scalp massage, which I absolutely love! A 60-90 minute facial leaves me more relaxed, centered, and invigorated than a couple of hours at a day spa. Plus, my skin looks great afterwards. My pores are noticeably smaller, the redness has diminished, and my skin is taunt.

She’s also done a lovely job perming my lashes & dying my brows/lashes whenever I’ve gone on a trip where I didn’t want to deal with makeup. My lashes & brows are very pale and fine, so it’s nice to have those enhanced in a setting that is relaxing instead of noisy or crowded.
