I had an unusual request for an information-only website based on a fairly graphic intense narrative of my civil rights activities in the mid-1960s. Bryan Capitano had an intuitive understanding that I was trying to add to the historical record in a way that would be broadly accessible. With his team of graphic designer Rachael Tourville and software guru Kevin Wiley-Drake, Sync Interactive came up with a website that fulfilled all my desires. It's important to note that the entire team was very understanding of my total lack knowledge of how websites are built and maintained. They answered all my questions and were able to quickly clear away the fog. I needed to update our corporate website on a budget. I was referred to Sync Interactive. They made it easy for me, and they priced it right.
1) They helped me to scope-out the situation and provide advice moving forward.
2) The proposal was very detailed, and the proposal process was easy.
3) They completed their project milestones on time and accommodated me when I didn't complete my milestones on time.
4) As the project neared completion, they were proactive in helping me to understand the things I need to learn.
5) After the website launch, they were there to help me hold it all together.
From start to finish, the experience was good. I plan to receive a proposal from them on my next project.
