Of all the moving services I have ever used, Swift Service Men has been by far the best and they deserve way more than 5 stars! Marcus and Andre helped me move from a 3rd floor apartment with stairs only to a new location and did it in record timing! We cannot recommend Swift Service Men enough! We moved our 3-bedroom home with two exceptional movers: Quincey and Marcus. They were on time and the fastest movers we’ve ever had. Even with their speed and efficiency, they were very careful with all of our belongings. And Marcus was even able to detach and rearrange our complicated washer/dryer system! On top of all that, we paid them to stay on for extra 2 hours and they were able to do it without any issues. We had a team of 4 movers from Swift Service Men and they were awesome! Our house is on a very large hill that is not easy to go up and down several times, but they didn't complain once and gave us service with a smile. Due to the large hill getting things loaded up took a little longer than anticipated, so we started to run short on time. However, the men got the job done in the time we had, so we didn't have any inconveniences. The guys were super friendly and professional on the job and the prices are very fair. Can't say enough good things about Swift Movers, especially Andre, Tavario and Mario! My U-Haul truck pickup was delayed for 5 hrs (7AM-noon) due to U-Haul's entire system being shut down. I panicked a little then called Swift Movers, who would be unloading in Charlotte, and Andre said they would work with me on whatever time I could get back to Clt from Travelers Rest, SC. I had to change arrival times several times due to loading and traffic delays. Andre was always polite, accommodating, and never once showed any frustration. To top things off, I couldn't get back to Clt in time to unload at my home and storage unit before storage closed. I called, once again, and asked Andre if they could unload Friday morning and offered to pay for the time I had reserved on Thursday, as well as pay for Friday. He said it wasn't a problem, and scheduled me for noon on Friday. How many moving companies would be this accommodating and nice? I never once called that I didn't speak with Andre right away, and, like I said, I called him many times that day. He also responded promptly to e-mails prior to the move. I used Swift Service Men for help moving today and I am as pleased with the service as Incould possibly be. From beginning to end, everything was great. Andre and another guy (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) showed up about 15 minutes early and got right to work. I had a 15 foot uhaul packed to capacity and all the contents needed to be moved up two flights of stairs to my apartment. They got the entire truck unpacked in just over an hour. They were also very accommodating with me and my back injury by placing everything in the most convenient location so I didn't have to move any heavy furniture/boxes myself. I am thrilled with the speed and professionalism of the Swift Service team. On a Friday, I requested four men to assist me with a household move on Monday. I really liked that they made scheduling so easy on their website and I actually made a few last minute scheduling changes based on weather and their online interface made it super easy. They sent me confirmation emails each time I made a scheduling change. I even called a few times just to verify my changes and the customer service rep was responsive and quickly able to answer my questions. The four gentlemen were on time, pleasant, professional, super strong, and did a fantastic job moving a ton of household goods, furniture, totes, and boxes.
