Love this gym! In a matter of 3 months I have seen great results. Joel and Maria are great and they definitely push you to work/train hard. I enjoy coming here because the exercises are different everyday its not like going to other gyms and you use the same machine or do they same workout everyday. After each workout there is stretch time and I really enjoy using the foam rolls they really help with soreness. Best part is that pricing is very affordable ..can't beat that! More...

Best gym in pembroke pines. Joel and Maria are the super helpful and attentive trainers! If you are over paying money to go a gym full of machines and no guidance, come to this center. Joel is truly amazing in helping me in my journey. I started going to lose my pregnancy weight plus back pain from a car accident. Since then, my pain was gone within 2 weeks and my body changed dramatically and beautifully with weight loss. Joel and his team are awesome. The workouts are fun and truly easy once you get the hang of it. Not only he helped me but also pushed me above my boundary that I never thought I could do. I started running because of Joel!
