I was in a bind & needed cupcakes ASAP, I called other places & either they were closed or they wouldn't help me. I called Sweet Oven Bliss & not only were they open & very accommodating but they made my cupcakes in about a hour & got me out of my bind & OMG BEST CUPCAKES EVER! !! I love cupcakes & I can say 💯 these were the BEST cupcakes I've EVER had in my life. The Chocolate, Red Velvet & Vanilla with Strawberry frosting were soooo amazing. The cake part was so moist & the frosting was perfect. This is my new go to place for cakes & cupcakes from now on & will tell everyone who needs a baker about this place. Tricia is so helpful and professional and even took her time in giving me some design samples for my baby's baptism cake. Sweet Oven Bliss blows every local cake bakery out of the water! Trust me. I've tried them ALL! Patty and her mom are so incredibly talented and I loved every part of planning my son's 2nd birthday cake with them - the process was too easy! We stumbled upon Sweet Oven Bliss through their Instagram feed and are so happy we did. I knew getting a wedding cake would be my biggest work, just because I used to work as a pastry chef as my last job, But Patty blew the cake our of the water for my wedding. All the flavors & decorations were perfect, the way she placed the fresh flowers to cascade down my 2 tiers were more than I could have imagined. It hurt to cut into such a beautiful cake. What a wonderful cake bakery!! My wife and I reached out to Patty with a specific cake for our dog's birthday (yes we are those people, lol). We wanted a cake made to look like our dogs favorite toy which is an oval shaped red squeak toy. Patty and I spoke on the phone and talked about the cake design. I texted her pictures of the toy and she gave us a very fair price, actually a better price than other cake bakeries in the area. We also needed the cake in 4 days and she was able to accommodate our needs. When I went to pick up the cake i was so impressed by her work. Not only was the cake an exact replica of her toy, but Patty made the cake a perfect oval! She did amazing fondant work. When we finally dug in we loved the cake and the whipped cream filling. Our dogs also LOVED their pieces as well (again yes we are those people). Overall we were so happy with Sweet Oven Bliss and look forward to many more cakes. It was so wonderful working with this company for my daughters 10th birthday party. They were able to help us create a laser tag theme cake for about 35-40 people with about a week and half notice gladly and happily. Also they followed up the next day to check-in to confirm how everything went with the cake. I order a Disney's Cars cake for my son's 5th birthday and it was AMAZING! I showed them a picture of a car shaped cake and they hit the nail on the head! Not to mention, the cake was delicious! Sometimes, when you get a cake with this type of design, you have to sacrifice the flavor but that was not an issue here. I am so getting my future cakes from Sweet Oven Bliss! I had an unusual situation in which a friend in Poland wanted suddenly realized her friend in Anaheim Hills had a birthday coming up the next day and wanted to get a cake for him. She was on the road and couldn't do much with her cell phone except ask for my help in locating a bakery that could deliver the next day. I located Sweet Oven Bliss on the third try after finding others that only handled large cakes (30 people or more) and explained my situation. It took a few phone calls and emails before we arrived at a solution. I'm afraid I don't remember the lady's name, but she couldn't have been more patient and accommodating. Being the middle of a three-way conversation was not too easy, but she made it a very pleasant experience. Needless to say the recipient was very happy with the cake and notified our friend in Poland. I would highly recommend this company with no reservations whatsoever. We recently ordered bee-themed cupcakes from Patty (baker) for our daughter's first birthday party and they were definitely by far, one of the best cupcakes I have ever tasted. I was a bit cautious in the beginning only because we live in Northern California and was planning everything remotely. Found my new baker for all my baking needs! Patty at Sweet Oven Bliss nailed my daughters birthday cake and cupcakes. The cake was so moist and frosting - buttercream of course - was to die for. Okay so first off I placed an order over the phone with patty because I am from New York for my daughter first birthday it was in advance about 5 weeks, it was perfect I sent in what I wanted and everything, okay so day of my daughters birthday she was going to delivery my cake to her birthday at goofys kitchen ends up happening the cake got destroyed in transit from the bakery to the restaurant. I'm beyond grateful to Sweet Oven Bliss for going above and beyond my cake dreams. My daughter was having a superhero birthday and they made an exceptional cake which not only looked but tasted delicious. I had shopped around a few other bakeries and some were charging upwards of $300 for a cake and also because my daughter has an after holiday birthday they were either closed or not taking orders. We ordered a unicorn cake and mini cupcakes. The unicorn cake layers made a rainbow. Such a fun surprise when cut into. The were beautiful AND delish! Everyone was so impressed with them. We caught them during a tasting show and got to try their white cake w strawberries (light, fluffy, perfectly not too sweet... Amazing!) as well as their chocolate cake w flan (Finally!
