This is the best place for local custom flower arrangements! I have dropped in several times for day-of arrangements and each one had been absolutely beautiful. All of the staff members are very friendly and look happy to be there even though they're quite busy. I am always in awe of their creativity! I am so happy I found Sweet Blooms Atelier!! Not only was I completely wowed by their selection and easy web browsing, but I was so impressed with the detailed photos and information provided about each option. I loved how customizable each selection was on the website, and I found their prices incredibly reasonable for such beautiful arrangements! Sweet Blooms Atelier is hands down the best flower shop in the South Bay!Jamie (owner) and her team are amazing. On many occasions, I've called the same day and they were able to accommodate my needs within just a few hours. Their flower bouquets always turn out amazing! Sweet Blooms just delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mom for her birthday and it was a wonderful transaction from start to finish. I ordered the arrangement through their website which was simple and straightforward. Today, Jamie was kind enough to let me know that a modification would need to be made to the arrangement as pictured on the website due to a quality issue. She provided photos of the replacement flower just so we would know. When the flowers were delivered, I received a phone call letting me know that they had arrived. I stopped by today to get an arrangement of roses for my 10th wedding anniversary. The design team was out of the office helping with a wedding - however a very nice woman who was there offered to put me in touch with them. I spoke with the designer and told her what I was looking to do. She quoted me a price that was very reasonable. They would make the arrangement and in two hours have it to the restaurant where we were going to celebrate.When we saw the arrangement my wife's jaw hit the floor - as did mine. It was stunning and was packed with more roses than I even originally discussed. People kept coming over asking where we got the flowers and I told them Sweet Blooms. Today is one of those days you can't do over - a 10 year anniversary comes around once in your lifetime - and had to be perfect. Sweet Blooms exceeded my expectations in every way. I ordered the 'You are Amazing' bouquet for a family friend on July 3rd. While on the phone discussing colors, we decided to add extra pink peonies. I love that I was able to customize the blooms and I was really impressed they were able to do same-day delivery, especially on short notice, and a holiday the following day. The best part was receiving a phone call from our friend raving about how beautiful the bouquet was! The flowers were amazing! We had our wedding at Shade Redondo Beach on the Skydeck in April. A friend recommended using Sweet Blooms in Hermosa Beach for the flowers. Amazing!!! Lured here through yelp and will definitely be coming back! I called asking what type of arrangement I could get at a certain price point for flowers for my MIL birthday, gave them a color scheme and set a time to pick up. When I got there I was expecting something a little different they could see it wasn't exactly what I was thinking and she completely redid the bouquet for me and it came out perfectly!! Good....bad....great.I wanted lilacs (not available in LA) as I loved the fragrance and pretty lavender color from my childhood in NY. Jamie got a large bunch from the DTLA Flower Market and specifically chose those with buds not yet open so they would last longer. Well, they never opened and just drooped more and more each day, despite fresh water and cutting the stems.She graciously refunded the cost (which I didn't request) and gave me some beautiful yellow roses. I love Sweet Blooms Atelier! It's like therapy walking into this place and Jamie and Gwen are so helpful + they have great taste in music! Anytime I'm feeling the need to create and feel good, I walk up Pier Ave., sit at the table in the shop, and make some cute arrangements of succulents. The other day, I brought in a sad succulent from home that was pretty much on its last leg, and they helped me repot it and bring it back to life! I was so excited to see this floral boutique open in the heart of Hermosa. The timing couldn't have been better as I was getting married THAT WEEK and needed a bouquet. Jamie spoke to me about what I wanted, made suggestions, and came through with the most beautiful flowers for my entire wedding party. I cannot forget the moment when my husband got the flower from her store for the first time.It was totally different experience from typical flower from Trader Joes or other places. It is just gorgeous and the scent is hard to imagine. As much as the flower itself look gorgeous, her packing stuff is also high quality and hard to toss.
