If I had to pick the single best thing I did for myself this year it would be having standing appointments with Lala. I'm not a fan of mornings and my version of self motivation is sitting in my yoga pants for four hours then deciding it got too late to work out. I was not sure what to expect, everyone's training styles are different, some people yell at you! Lala is super nice, really laid back and easy to work out with. The hour is always over before I know it. Lala comes to my house, she has already pre-written my workouts and has all the equipment needed. She sets everything up. I haven't counted but I think they are about 45 seconds each exercise, enough time to feel the burn but not enough time to hate her! Lala is really funny and easy to talk to so sometimes I'm cracking up while doing a sit up for bonus abs! After the first session I felt my muscle memory come back and now after probably the 10th session I feel great, and I look really good too I never want to go back to feeling sedentary or heavy and sluggish. Lala's service is the perfect way to keep track of my workouts and ensure that I actually do them. I almost secretly didn't want to write a review because I don't want you googlizers taking my scheduled times !!! I feel confident in my schedule now so, yeah, she is amazing, I feel SO.MUCH.BETTER. If you do one thing to better yourself this year it has to be setting something consistent up. You will literally not miss the time and it will make sitting down and standing up way easier I have improved my strength and my body is seriously proud of me. So if you want to work out but are apprehensive, are not a fan of torture or just plain lazy, I recommend this service %110 if you like working out but it's just been a while and you're rusty I recommend it %110 if you're a serious athlete and need to stay in shape off season I recommend this service %110 why everyone? Because her workouts are tailored and she is in seriously great shape! She really listens and will not body shame you or yell at you but you willll work out and love the results and way you feel and look and move easier. I'm writing this review aprés- work out and it's really long but here's the best best part: I feel really good, really really good. Men close your eyes.....Ladies... working out again has helped regulate my hormones. My husband and I have used Laura once, sometimes twice a week for over a year. She comes to us and and works us out in our basement. She changes the workouts up every week so that we don't get bored. My husband and I are usually very sore for a few days after our workouts which feels so good . Laura often brings some of her own workout gear to give us the ultimate workout. She even tolerates our young boys running around while we workout. She's very flexible with our schedules as we often change days or time. Q&A

I ask my clients what they would like to achieve. Most are busy working adults who have put work and family ahead of their own health. I will work with my client to figure out how we can make fitness a part of their lifestyle. Half the battle is getting to the gym but I since come to them this lessens the stress. I know that many feel that exercise is boring but my workouts are fun and always changing.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is simply dedication and keeping those fitness training appointments. Sticking to your fitness goals are the most important part of having that 'dream body". It will not happen overnight but will happen with consistency and willingness to stick it out.

I LOVE seeing progress in my clients. I also genuinely care about them and want them to succeed. It's great to see them transform and gain energy, as well as confidence.

After being stuck behind a desk all day in the corporate world, I decided to pick something I wanted to do that I was passionate about. I have been an athlete my entire life. In high school I was a 4-year varsity athlete in 4 sports and excelling was something that I had to do. I don't like being mediocre at any sport! I ran in college and was quite successful, becoming a two-time All-American in cross country and ACC champion in track and field in the distance events. After college I continued to compete in road racing events and love to weight train three times a week to maintain lean muscle mass, cycle, play tennis, and hiking. This is what I was meant to do, help others get in the best shape of their lives.

Clients should choose me because I will work with you to get you to where you want to be. I've been an athlete for years and I know what works and what doesn't. I will keep you accountable, push you, give you nutritional advice, and be patient with you. Let's change your body!
