Susan has a wonderful way about her and especially dealing with persons with mental disabilities. She is very understanding of trauma and how many people don't understand illnesses of the mind. I saw Susan 6 months after my mom died.  Some of the things she told me were spot on.  A couple of things didn't make sense.  Anyhow, towards the end of the hour she said something that only my mom would say.  At that moment I knew she had some sort of insite to this.  She told me my mom said "she doesn't ever want me coming back here!"..  As she said it she kind of pounded her hand into the palm of her other hand.  That exactly what my mom would say to me.  After I was done I sat in my car and thought about that.  If Susan was not for real, she would have encouraged me to come back.. you know more readings more $, but she didn't.  I think that says a lot to her being geniune.  Anyhow, I realized then I don't need to see anyone else or at least a psychic..  I think Susan has an ability that most of us don't have.  It was pricey but for the piece of mind she gave me it was worth it.  It's taken me a few months to write about this.  It's still has been a daily struggle but she was very helpful to be a small part of the healing process. I had my first medium reading yesterday. I went in with an open mind and even more open heart. Susan you have no idea (I said that throughout my reading) what you did for me yesterday. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to finally meet Susan. Such a different experience than I've had in the past.  Just a normal pretty living room setting . A powerhouse and storm of a woman. She is delightful and insightful and truly an enlightened being. First of all, I was skeptical. This is in spite of a dear friend whose intelligence far surpasses mine recommending Susan. Curiosity overcame most of my skepticism so I called for an appointment by Skype. I live 2,100 miles east of her location so Skype was the only option.   There are not words strong enough to express my appreciation to Susan Grau for sharing her incredible gift of Mediumship with me. I had an incredible experience with Susan two months ago. Susan is truly gifted and I am so appreciative of her work. I started my session with asking some questions about my personal life, then she channeled loved ones. As valuable as her insights about my personal life were at the time of the reading, I have found them to be even more powerful as time has passed. I visited her office once, several months back. This was my first and only visit, I really enjoyed the experience. Her office assistant was very friendly and sweet. Her office is very comfortable and there were several others waiting to be seen. Susan was very interesting, she told me that the angels told her I am an empath and that I am a good person, before I even entered the room. We spent a bit of time talking about what that means, we also talked about mediumship and she did that for me as part of the session, we communicated with my father who passed A few years prior. I have always been a skeptic of these kinds of things, I knew that if I was willing to give this a try I wanted to choose somebody who was highly regarded and as legit as I could find.
