Superior Performance Training specializes in: functional strength and conditioning for youth sports performance training, weight loss for beginners new to exercising, to advanced trainee, and nutrition for weight loss and sport performance.


Services offered (We currently provide training services in two different locations, 4M Fitness in Indian Trail & Metro Fitness 51 in South Charlotte)

*Youth Sports Performance & Adult Fitness training
*Small Group Training (4-10 people)
*Semi-Private (2 people)
*1-on-1 Personal Training
* Office, home and/or apartment gym training (We have equipment )

I began my journey as a fitness professional in 2007. I am a certified ACSM personal trainer, USAW Sports Performance Coach, IYCA youth fitness specialist, IYCA nutrition specialist. Currently I am studying to obtain NASM Performance Enhancement Specialization, I am a life long learner. I've trained a wide variety of clientele over the years as a trainer.
