We are Food Truck Organizers and we provide Fresh Gourmet Food from several Outstanding Food Trucks for all your Catering Needs. Keep in mind all Food Trucks are Self Contained and Can Operate on thier own. We Can serve from the truck or setup as Buffet Style.

Love the variety of food trucks that Brad brings! He provides plenty of seating and shade. You arent allowed to park in the parking lot but you can park nearby in that lemonade plaza across the street! My favorites are sol agave, and mad dumplings which are there frequently. The lunch Spot has amazing food great vibe with music and it's great way to come eat and relax on your lunch break from work. The food always changes you will never eat the same thing twice in a row. Was looking for a lunch spot in the Irvine area and there's nothing better than having options in the form of multiple food trucks. It was a really cool setup. Brad, the person that ran the show, set up tables and chairs for people, along with music playing in the background. They only open Tuesdays and Thursdays, but Brad mentioned he's trying to get Wednesday started as well.A must try place. I'm hoping there will be different food trucks every week. More...

Great little spot with 4 food trucks. Good variety of food - Mexican, burgers, healthy. Tables and chairs with large canopy available of you prefer to eat there. What a cool idea! We were staying at a hotel nearby - actually walking distance from this spot! Tons of options for food - we had tamales and they were DELICIOUS! Also - the mango lemonade was amazing, and the nut guy had amazing candied nuts - the cashews were the BEST! More...

I only recently visited THE LUNCH SPOT IRVINE this year and have been a few times so far, this event is held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Great variety, the food smells and tastes delicious.  Very convenient for this area, considering that parking structures can sometimes be a struggle to get out of just to drive and spend your lunch hour getting your food, I love this idea for the locals to just walk out of your workplace a few feet away awaits food!  I noticed they now have cupcake vendors too, great idea for dessert or snack for later, especially if you have  a sweet tooth.  Overall I rate this experience a 5 for convenience and quality also variety.  The trucks aren't always the same so it is great to have food choices of Italian, Mexican, Asian etc.  I recommend the Broken Rice Truck, very fresh food, Fiesta Truck, cooked to order, Cousins Maine Lobster truck - so many ways to eat Lobster, Seriously Smashed fresh cooked Italian food, Champagne Celebration cupcakes (tried the Lemon Cupcake) only 2.00 not bad for a fresh and sweet, yummy ending to my day (I bought one after purchasing food from the Broken Rice truck and saved it for my afternoon break) really hit the spot. I will be back to try more samplings from The Lunch Spot Irvine.  I do wish they were in that spot all week.  My goal is to try something from every truck and review.  So far so good! More...

The best thing about this lunch spot is you get a variety of different food trucks! Most food truck spots never provide seating and tables, this place does! It's nice to be able to grab delicious food and sit down right away and enjoy it. Talk about convenient! One thing I love is that this lot is absolutely military/military family friendly! Been around for a while, but I'm finally reviewing them. Awesome spot for a lunch if you want a great variety. They'll have tacos, burgers, sushi, and even Dumplings! It's always a hit and the coordinator (I believe his name is Brad) puts out chairs and tables! Who does that?! Great place for lunch if you work in the building or if you're just around the area. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Ask them what they want based on the Demographics. Once the client gives us some ideas we put several menus together from several trucks to see which one they want to go with. We ask the client to ge creative as these are Food Trucks and they like doing creative menus.

Meeting Different People and seeing our clients happy with our services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We starting knowing there was a need to Organize Food Trucks for all kinds of events and Catering using Gourmet Food Trucks. We are glad we did!!
