I used to work here as a dishwasher and even then the food was good. Service is great too, but mornings can get really busy, especially on Sundays.

I've wanted to stop by here in like forever. I've seen a few billboards on this place, but never had an opportunity to eat here. I like that the food is mainly cooked with a "mexican" flair, but what I didn't like about my visit was being seated in a back room where a family with 4 crying kids were also seated. The egg rolls here are unreal, practically the only reason we come here. The entrees are good but they are nothing too special. The service here was really good and extremely fast. We made reservations ahead of time for Father’s Day breakfast. None of us in our party had ate at Sundance before. I was a little worried because of reviews I have read. Yes, the wait was a little long, but they were absolutely packed for the holiday. Every single person enjoyed their food. My friend loved the biscuits and gravy. I had a breakfast scramble with veggies. Both were so delicious. Our waitress was friendly. We received refills in a timely manner. Our food was served hot. We were not rushed at all to leave. Delicious breakfast! Whenever I visit my family in Grand Rapids we always meet here to eat. We went at 9 am on a Sunday and if you go any later than that expect to wait awhile! ! I ordered the breakfast tacos with chorizo which were delicious and had a fried cheese disc inside. Also had the American fries which are crispy and yummy. We were visiting the Gerald Ford Museum in Grand Rapids and very close by was this very nice restaurant. They had a lot of Mexican offerings on the menu along with regular American food choices. Service was great. Several of us had delicious omelettes. My grandson had a roll up that was also very good. French fries and potatoes, called spuds, were crispy. What we found interesting, too late for us to order, was what we saw delivered to another table. It was a wooden tray containing four different mimosas. We were so sorry we did not order this and will do so in the future. They have a liquor license and included a very large variety of drinks and beers. We will definitely go here again when we are in the area. It is a very large space but is broken up into smaller rooms. TVs around the rooms were showing the golf tournament which our group enjoyed.
