Top notch Trainer's and unique tailored workouts: It has been a while since I have worked out because I tend to hurt myself. I personally have avoided the Gym rat trainer, because I feel like they only know how to show me what has worked for them, and will blame me and not be able to help me if I get hurt.Imagine my surprise when my trainer stops his planned workout to address a chronic shoulder issue, and then tailors my workout for the next few sessions to accommodate for it! The training sessions are always unique, and can include, cross fit, self defense, kickboxing and more!The trainer's are top notch, and the workouts are tailored to your needs and interests. We take it personal. Our clients become one of the family. We care a great deal about each and every one of our clients. We got into the business to help people achieve their health goals and it is very important to me that we (our trainers) do our best at that. I am there for our clients any time. If you become one of our clients I will be there for you whenever, wherever to help you make it through obstacles that may interfere with your training and even guide you through a healthy vacation so you can stay on track.

I would have to get an idea as to what my athlete needs are. This is carried out with a one-on-one primarily consultation. There are so many factors that determine what type of plan will be constructed for each athlete.

The athlete needs to sign wavier, have doctors permission to exercise, he or she will have to explain any injuries that they may have and if so consult the relevant specialist for me to established any specific routines or exercises that may need to be professionally devised.

I was a British semi and / professional athlete in: Basketball: Combat Sports,Track and Field, BOXING, FENCING, weight training and an array of other sports. I have a degree in sport science and biological sciences. I was mostly coached by professional athlete's and professional coaches from all around the globe. I have been instrumental in getting UK and US athletes to state and national championships year after year. I have helped track and field athlete's secure collegiate scholarships.

My coaching techniques are based off tried and tested professional coaching techniques from the US and globally. Every athlete is unique to me, and I base my work-outs off the highest caliber research methods. I have professional leadership skills, my duty is to the client, I show respect for all, selfless service, honesty, integrity and personal accountability in all that I do."
