I was struggling to keep my head above water with my massage practice after coming back from maternity leave. I felt overwhelmed with everything and didn't know where to start so I hid from it all.
But then I hired Brian and he took away "the hamster wheel". He got me pointed in the right direction and helped me create an action plan to help me reach my goals. I continue to work with him because of the awesome way he keeps me accountable and helping me work through the things that hold back. In the 5 months we have been working together, I have gone from surviving to adding two employees, growing the practice to over 85-90% booked each week and now looking to move into a much bigger space and Brian will be with me each step of the way.

Today I was so excited just to share my progress with my coach because I can see and feel the improvements happening in my life and I feel SAFE!
I know its a safe place. I don't feel judged, I feel safe to be 100% me.
The coaching environment is a no judgement zone, I can admit my mistakes, I can be 100% honest about the things I did or didn't do. It does not matter, Brian makes me feel safe, heard, understood and he's helping me grow. I feel ALIVE!

What inspired you to start your own business?
I got introduced to personal and professional development when I was in middle school. I knew I always wanted to be my own boss and to serve my clients. I took the long way and want to help others take the shorter route by minimizing the wasted time and effort to achieve their goals.
