My name is Chef Rita Belo originally from Philadelphia, PA. In 1990 an opportunity was presented for me to relocate my family to Dallas, TX, of course it was taken. During the years of living in Dallas it was shown to me this was a place to plant business roots.

Since I have been professionally trained I do not have a signature dish. However if you ask what type of cuisine I enjoy preparing then I can say seafood and Italian dishes. We at Succulent Cuisine enjoy being creative and design menus for our clients.

There is no perfect menu, however when consulting with our client and knowing what type of experience the client would like to have, it will allow us to create their desired menu.

What I enjoy about being a catering chef is the opportunity to bring my creativity to them.

My inspiration came from enjoying good food and the only way i was able to accomplish this was to become a chef and prepare the food myself

Clients should select us if they are looking for creative dishes, gourmet dishes with a spin or their everyday dishes that are taken to the next level. If they are looking for great customer service. Also if you want your guests to be satisfied with what we serve and allow you to be the topic of the conversation because you served the best food at your event.
