My name is Chef Rita Belo originally from Philadelphia, PA. In 1990 an opportunity was presented for me to relocate my family to Dallas, TX, of course it was taken. During the years of living in Dallas it was shown to me this was a place to plant business roots. In 2004 I took a leap of faith and changed my career path from the Customer Service industry and decided to do something that I loved for over 30 years, which was cooking not for just family and friends. Not knowing that starting a business without the proper education and credentials was challenging, so I decided to step back into the Customer Service industry while continuing to create mouth watering dishes part time. Another opportunity came in 2008 which was to attend the world class cooking institution, Le Cordon Bleu. Challenging as it was I graduated Cum Laude and with this under my belt I was able to explore new avenues of cooking and creating dishes. This experience has allowed me to grow Succulent Cuisine and satisfy our client base. In 2010 that leap of faith was yet taken again and I left the corporate arena and took on my love for cooking full time. Food is my passion, being allowed to create delicious and surprising menu items helps me to overwhelm your every sense of taste. So let's take this journey together and explore the tantalizing flavors we have to offer. In 2017 we have expanded our service to Houston and surrounding areas.
