I was given training with Bryce as a gift, and I was reluctant to start the process, knowing how much I hate working out. But upon meeting Bryce and being evaluated, and realizing that this is a true healthy, one-on-one total body experience, I became more interested in learning how to make my almost 68 year-old body feel and function better . What amazed me the most was that only 30 minutes a day could do what used to take hours if not more hanging out at a gym. And by only having to go twice a week, it is so easy to fit into my schedule. This place is 1 of a kind and was just what I had been looking for as I didn't just want to go to a typical personal trainer where I might aggravate my shoulder further. I came to Bryce with a pinched nerve in my back/ shoulder. Chiropractors would help but only for a week then it would be pinched again. Bryce recommended strengthing that area so after 4 weeks the tingling and pain stopped and I haven't been to a Chiropractor for 4 months. Dr Bryce Lee and his staff do an excellent job of personalizing each workout plan based on clients individual goals and consistently track client progress to ensure each workout increases in intensity. I leave each session feeling very accomplished. Prior to Strength Space I experienced daily knee pain and now after a year of training with Dr Lee my knee pain has resolved. After a multi-ligament knee injury, repair, PT, sports rehab and re-injury, I found Strength Space. Bryce and team have been the missing link to recovering my full strength and skiing ability. The 30 minute, twice a week approach seems counter-intuitive at first (We were all taught we need 5 days in the gym and a thousand reps, right?) but Strength Space IS THE WAY. I could not be happier with my experience at Strength Space! My husband and I have both been going for nearly a year and feel so much stronger - we plan to keep going for many years to come! Bryce and Irene are both great trainers that really care about you, tailor the workouts to your needs and goals, and do a great job at pushing you to do your best. As an older client, I realized I was in a vicious cycle of being sedentary which was causing me to have more difficulty walking, climbing stairs, lifting objects, etc. And this was causing me to want to do less and less. A lifelong ‘casual athlete’ I was focused on health & fitness, but victim to my own comfort & procrastination. I didn't have a lot time for the gym and wanted to really get the most out of the time I had. He showed me what being efficient in the gym really was and I've been able to apply that on my own or in sessions for great results on a timetable i can work with. Can't recommend him enough.

StrengthSpace has given me the tools I needed when I needed them the most. At 320 lbs and 60 years of age I was determined to do something. You have to bring the determination. StrengthSpace will provide the motivation. Dr. Lee knows what he is doing. I signed up 6 months ago. My weight is 227 lbs and I'm still 60 years old. I feel like I'm in my 20's though. Under the careful supervision of highly trained specialists, my weekly 30-minute workout sessions were specifically customized to address all muscle groups for guaranteed results! They were conscious of my age and past injuries, but pushed me to accomplish more than I thought possible. My experience with Bryce at Srength Space has been nothing less that superb. He has completely changed my misconceptions and outlook on strength training. I have not worked on strength training since my late 20's. At 44, I'm feeling (and looking) stronger than I have in years. PS: my wife loves it. ;) I highly recommend him. I have had an awesome experience at StrengthSpace. I came to StrengthSpace while in the process of losing a significant amount of weight and was told by doctors that strength training was essential. . As someone who previously did not work out and had many physical challenges, I had no idea where to start. Bryce has been absolutely amazing by being patient with me, as well as, flexible with the workout based on any physical pain I may have that day. He is very knowledgeable and consistently researches to help patients and what they are going through. Bryce consistenly educates me through the newsletters and by explaining in detail the exercises and benefits of strength training that will help me for years to come. My experience at StrengthSpace has been phenomenal, but more importantly are the results I’ve gotten. Bryce at StrengthSpace developed a customized work out for me that has transformed my body into the strongest it has ever been. In past years I could only last on the ski slopes a couple hours before coming in because my legs were killing me. This year, however, my legs held up all day, no aching sore muscles - I actually out-skied the fellas! In 2015 my boyfriend a massive hemorrhagic stroke and had lost a significant amount of strength over the years. He had been able to rebuild & reclaim alot of his strength back. Bryce and Rebecca are rock star trainers! They are professional and will adapt to your individual needs. I have never been in better shape in my life and all you need to a focused 30 minutes of your time, 2 days a week. I've been coming to StrengthSpace for four months for management of Osteoporosis and a connective tissue disorder. Resistance training is crucial in managing my health, but exercising safely with my medical conditions has always been difficult. As a professional career woman my time is precious and where I choose to spend my time has to be quality and productive. Twice a week in the morning on my way to work is perfect! And I don’t need a shower after my session even when meeting with important clients that day. I also need to see progress. When I started December 2020 I had to two step stairs due to weakness in my knee. Couldn’t raise the bar alone on the knee exercises. Now, I’m 10X stronger and I can run up and down stairs single step! Dr. Bryce is professional, knowledgeable, precise, and caring. This care is preventive for me also as I’ve witnessed my mother and grandmother decline in bone density and strength, I’m determined that will not be my story. This place was a total lifesaver! I now have a way to work out that minimizes time while maximizing effort and I haven't had much knee pain. After two ACL repairs, resulting in two knee surgeries, I've had a problem working out at all, so finding Bryce and Strength Space was really helpful. I was referred to Bryce Lee and Strength Space by a colleague in March of this year. I was hooked after the very first session! Bryce worked muscle groups that I didn’t know existed! He is incredibly knowledgeable, well educated, a great communicator, and shows unmatched passion for his profession. He genuinely cares about his clients and celebrates their successes with them. He tracked each of our training sessions and discussed my improvements in each muscle group. He is thorough and coaches you though each session. I noticed a marked improvement in not only my strength but my energy level as well. I’m only sad that I had a job transfer out of the state. I wasted 9 months with Navy medicine attempting to find the issue with my knee and how to return to being able to run my PRT without pain. I was an avid runner, sub 10 PRT run, sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon and 20 min 5k. A knee issue during deployment and a 9 month PT rehab program with the navy lead to me not being able to comfortably run a mile in less than 12 minutes. I had a fantastic experience at Strength Space! Bryce is friendly, knowledgable, and was always willing to tailor his approach to meet my goals. He offers a great balance of providing factual information about how to exercise efficiently and effectively, while also remaining practical and down-to-earth. You can tell that he is passionate and well-informed in his field, and I felt very willing to trust his instruction. Even with sessions only once per week, I felt an improvement in both appearance and strength after just a few months. As a working mother, I appreciated his emphasis on working out smarter, not harder, and trying to get the best results possible with as little time expenditure as possible. I’ve been going to StrengthSpace for several months now and I love it. I do not have a lot of time for workouts multiple times a week since I have 4 small children but the workouts here are short but good and StrengthSpace is kid friendly which is great for me. The gluteator and leg press alone are absolutely diabolical machines and I don't know that i've felt that type of intensity during a leg press before.The sessions were fast and efficient which accommodates my busy schedule and the intensity was definitely high enough to help with further strength development. I highly recommend Dr. Bryce Lee as a personal trainer. It was important to me to work with someone who is knowledgeable and also concerned with lifting weights safely. Bryce fits the bill! I also appreciate his professionalism. I have never had to wait for my training session to begin. His facility is very clean and the equipment is top notch. I was skeptical when he said each session would last no more than 30 minutes. But he was right. I get an excellent workout with no wasted time. I have only been going to him for a few months and I have already seen results. I have lost weight and I am much stronger. He also has provided me with valuable insight on nutrition. Working with Bryce is always a physically intense and rewarding experience. In just 30 short but intense minutes tailored to my needs leaves me breathing hard and feeling great. The studio is impecibly clean and calming. He only takes one client at a time (if you’ve ever been to other studios the staff often work with several clients at once in a chaotic and noisy environment) and the results I’ve seen have been wonderful. I used Strength Space post-rehab after a major surgery that compromised both bone and muscle in one leg. As a physical therapist, Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgable of anatomy and physiology and therefore as a client at SS, I felt very safe and confident in the exercise program designed for my needs. The program was instrumental in my recovery and ability to resume physical activity, including recreational sports.
