We recently had water showing up on our floor so we called our property manager, They sent out Eric with Streamline Plumbing. Eric used his Equipment to locate the leak in our slab. I've used Streamline Plumbing for a few different things on my home, they did an excellent job with the installation of our water softener and filtration service. I had a "hair on fire" incident where I discovered a leak on the day I was to have the inspection on my house. Frantically I called and Eric immediately called and texted me back. Eric showed up and was friendly and found out that he was also a neighbor. I had visions of a 4 figure repair job. Eric assessed the situation and gave me some alternative repair fixes. We both agreed on the more simple of the alternatives and it turned out to be the least expensive and the best way to handle the job. Turned out much less than what I was expecting - way below 4 figures. During the repair while Eric worked outside my window I had a great conversation with him while I worked on my computer. I let him know I will be leaving his card prominently displayed for the new buyers of the home. Wish I had known Eric before when I had any other plumbing issues. Bill was so amazing & helpful- he worked thru the biggest heatwave in Calif (117 degrees 5 miles from the beach) without complaint. He explained things to me what was good, what was bad, how they could fix it different options. We had a slab leak & then he found another one & fixed it without having to open up our floors. Eric @ Streamline Plumbing is the only Plumber to call.  We had a slab leak in our garage that went undetected until our most recent Water Bill arrived.  Eric had me send him photos and when he finished his job he arrived late afternoon to diagnose our problem and he thoroughly explained the repair.  His price was very fair compared to the other 2 quotes I received.  Eric arrived the next morning along with a helper and promptly started work which required going under the slab from the Water Meter with new piping.  After he got into the job he made some changes and had to cut a few small holes in the Stucco instead of going under the slab.  In less than 6 hours, Eric had new pipes installed and our water back on.  He does great cleanup and he referred a crew to patch the Stucco and Paint.  2 Days later, the crew arrived and did an amazing job patching the Stucco and matching the Paint.  Eric will be #1 for us to call for Professional Plumbing work. Our dog broke off the hose pipe New Year Eve night (of course).  Eric was able to help us get our exterior water shut off, while keeping the house water functioning, saving New Years Eve!  Helping us over the phone saved us from a costly after hours visit, so we could make the needed repairs at a more convenient time.  It is amazing to find someone willing to help and not looking to capitalize on untimely accidents. This is the second time I have used Eric for a major plumbing issue.  Once again he did a great job and for a lower price than the competition.  While working on my plumbing issue, Eric also acted as an on site project manager to help me resolve a non plumbing related water damage problem.    This was a huge help as the house with the issues is not my residence.  The water damage and drywall guys he brought in also did a great job at a very good price (which I needed as insurance didn't cover).  Highly recommended ! I called them for a slab leak. They were very helpful over the phone instructing us what to do immediately before they got there. They showed up the same day. Eric and Bill were both honest, and clean and fixed our leak with no issues. I would use them again and refer them. It is hard to find honest companies but they were great. Streamline did a repipe on my house and installed a water heater in my garage. I also had them do some remodel work in my bathroom. Bill did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond. Bill was in constant communication with me and showed up on time and kept his appointments.  He was very personable as well as knowledgable. My family and I even went on vacation while Bill did the work. Very trustworthy and would not hesitate to contact them again for my plumbing needs. SHORT REVIEW: Eric made us feel very comfortable in a very stressful situation (Slab Leak!). He is knowledgeable, has a super positive demeanor and is very friendly. He provided a quote range over the phone which seemed reasonable for the work performed --  and met that quote for his final price. He also helped us out of a huge bind and completed his work on SATURDAY -- a rarity for the plumbing community.All-in-all couldn't have asked for a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend!DETAILED REVIEW: The grounds around our planters were becoming increasingly saturated over the course of a week, when we finally figured out we had a slab leak and called Eric due to his high Yelp and Google reviews. [Ironically, we had a different plumber out 2 days prior (Wednesday) to fix a random and unrelated outdoor pipe burst. He was the one that showed us on our water meter that we were experiencing a probable slab leak. I told him we were about to host six house guests arriving on Saturday for a week-long stay, and he assured us we could wait a week or so to fix it. However, over the course of the next day (Thurs), we noticed a hole we had dug in our planter was constantly refilling (due to the slab leak) and we became nervous about waiting another minute to fix it.]I called Eric on Friday morning and explained our situation. Eric promised he'd be by that afternoon, and that if he did not have time to fix the leak that day, he would come back on Saturday to finish the work!Turned out the the leak took over two hours to detect, so Eric capped the leak and left us with running water in most of our house. He came back with a  partner on Saturday 8am sharp and worked until 2pm until our leak was fixed. He was also kind enough to coordinate a drywall specialist (Jose @ Villarreal's Painting) who quoted us a very fair price over the phone to patch the six holes that were created to re-route the pipes. He came on SUNDAY morning to patch and re-texture! By 1pm Sunday everything was fixed and our home was put back together for our guests!P.S. Eric also coordinated a disaster clean-up company (PRC) that specializes in water damage to come by on Saturday to determine whether there was any water seeping up from the slab (they do this for FREE -- no obligation at all). They detected a few places that showed moisture, and when we pulled up the carpet we did find evidence of a small amount of moisture that was being wicked up by the carpet and padding into our furniture. Not sure we ever would have noticed this on our own.However, both Eric and PRC also detected some unrelated moisture in some previously damaged drywall (unrelated to the slab leak) under some windows and when we had Jose replace the damaged drywall we found it and everything behind it was completely dry -- even though their instruments showed moisture present. I never leave reviews online but for Eric and Streamline I felt compelled to do so. This company was extremely professional in the way they handled all aspects of the job that I hired them for. I had a slab leak that needed immediate attention so I called Streamline and they came out the next morning as per my request. They advised me of what they were doing every step of the way and made sure that I understood the process of the leak detection and reroute to fix the problem. They executed the job quickly and were professional and courteous throughout the process. They also left their work area clean when they were finished.  Additionally, the price they provided was fair and competitive. I've used Eric for a couple of jobs including small stuff (new W/D hookups, new sink plumbing) and a bigger job (natural gas line to the backyard). Simply put, he's great. He shows up on time, he gives honest and reasonable quotes, and most importantly his work is top notch. He doesn't cut corners or use garbage equipment. He's courteous and careful where he works and he cleans up after himself to be sure everything is in better condition than in started out. I give Eric all the stars! He has helped us a ton! Have had other plumbers before and they have caused more problems or have done the job wrong. Best plumbing experience ever. Eric was first class with his professionalism and quality of work.   We have already recommended him to numerous friends and coworkers and won't think of calling anyone else when our next issue arises.               5 STARS ALL THE WAY. I could hear water running for a few days in various spots in my home and after extensively investigating the issue myself and not being able to find any types of leaks or signs of water damage anywhere, I called Eric at Streamline Plumbing. After describing my issue and that I really needed someone to come out the same day, Eric agreed and said he would come out to my Upland home between 12 and 2. At exactly 12 noon, Eric arrived at my home and after briefly describing the issue and all that I had done to remedy it, HE began his search. Eric was very thorough in describing all that he was doing to find the leak and within about an hour, had pinpointed that I had a pipe leak in my slab. He then discussed a couple of different options of how he would be able to correct the situation and gave me a very fair quote and said he would be back the next day with his assistant. Just as promised, Eric and his assistant, Jose, arrived and stayed until the problem was resolved. As my situation was a bit more extensive than Eric and I first discussed, more new line had to be used than expected to correct the situation.  Obviously expecting my quoted price to have changed, Eric did no such thing and honored his original quote. Service was Outstanding!. Eric is the best plumber I have ever encountered from the plumbing population.  He is courteous, truthful, and just HONEST! ! He is very reasonable with his prices and makes sure I was completely satisfied with his work. He is very thorough and goes over everything with you so you know what is going on and causing the plumbing issues I encountered.
