Perfect gym to go to if you want to work out.  Not busy except for maybe Monday nights.   People of all types working out and lots of available trainers not a part of staff to help as needed.  This place is much better than your typical big box gym.   Give it a shot - and your first visit is free!The only thing negative is they always have same  politics/news channel on the televisions. But since you can't hear it, I won't knock the 5 star down. More...

Not all gyms are created equal... That being said, Stratiform Fitness is a cut above the rest. In my opinion there is more to a gym than just weights and machines. This gym has a positive atmosphere and an organic energy that is created by the staff and members. There is nothing contrived or hollow about this place. It's not a night club, there are no mirrored disco-balls hanging from the ceiling and there are no cologne dispensers on the walls. This is a fitness gym and doesn't try to be anything but that. There is no steam room or sauna. No racket ball or basket ball court. There is no olympic swimming pool. There are more than ample free weights and machines to use. I've never felt overcrowded and they make smoothies and protein shakes on site. I enjoy this facility very much and have always felt a good, safe, and encouraging vibe collectively from the staff, trainers, and fellow gym goers. I am a very satisfied customer! More...

Great gym. Been going there for over a year, great employees, trainers, it's a family style gym. Tons of cardio machines, 3+ flat benches, incline benches, decline bench, lat pulldown machines, chest presses, tons of dumbells. Great for bodybuilding and/or just getting your cardio on. More...

This is a small family gym.  I appreciate the fact that all the weights are racked and I don't have go on a dumbbell hunt when I work out. The fact that everything is in it's place cut my workout time in half. They have extended their hours and are now open until 4 pm on Sunday. More...

I love this gym so much.  Five Stars for the staff, atmosphere, cleanliness and workout equipment.  Minus one star if you need child care but for those of you who do not need child care, this place is awesome.  There is a cross fit studio and private parking lot across the street from the gym.  The gym itself is smaller than the chain gyms but so are the number of patrons.  I usually saw 5-10 people in the gym working out during the day, 20 in the evenings.  $50/month if you set up automatic payment with a credit card.  This is NOT a cheesy pick up gym.
