Before starting a new project, we ask the objective or business goal of the project. It allows us to develop a project strategy that meets our client's objective. We also inquire about the project deadline, key milestones, and time constraints thereby we making sure that we deliver the project on time. We evaluate the criteria for project success. And then ask our client whether there are any possible barriers in the success of the project. These questions help us in developing strategy, assigning resources and making sure that we deliver successfully completed project/task.
What do you love most about your job?
As President and Founder of Strategic and Creative Marketing Inc, I interact with clients from various industries and get to learn about differnt fields. It also challenges me in different ways and gives me opportunity to learn and grow professionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prior to establishing my marketing consulting firm, I held sales and marketing management positions at HSA – High Speed Access Corp, STARZ Encore Group, Orbit Satellite and Radio Networks (Rome, Italy), Samuel Goldwyn Studios, Columbia TriStar Television Distribution and Columbia Pictures (Sony Pictures Entertainment). I had gained vast experience in several industries including media, entertainment, retail, higher education and data. The extensive experience that I had gained during my successful management career motivated me to establish my own marketing consulting firm in 2001.
