Recently we did our Kitchen Countertop and Bathroom Vanity top through StoneTek Design. I must say very professional team to work with. Mike our project manager is very professional and communicate very quickly to any question. Our job was delayed due to delivery issue with the Quartz company we originally selected. Mike suggested similar alternative with another Quartz company and complete fabrication work and installed quickly. Good company to work with. More...

Top notch group of people to work with! From the sales consultant, measurement guy that comes out to your house, all the way to the install guys, these guys do it right.  Prices were super competitive.  Measurements are taken with a laser so tops are incredibly accurate.  They have a wide variety of samples of several types of finishes and materials that you can take home.  Not a pushy group of people, which is always a plus.  What I thought was particularly nice was that our contact kept in touch with us on his cell phone via text messages so it was incredibly easy and convenient to keep an open line of communication.  Thanks again StoneTek Design! We used StoneTek Design through our Costco membership. Everything went perfectly except for anything to do with the receptionist. Anytime we called to confirm our laser meas. appt or the actual install, she would say that we were not on the schedule. This caused much unnecesary stress and anxiety. If you use this company just make sure you stay in touch with your sales rep because ours made sure everything was on track. Thanks Mike! More...

I bought Cambria counter top through Costco, and they connected us to StoneTek. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend them to all of my friends. The salesperson, Zac, came over to my house on time and gave us a rough estimate.  He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions.  I told him which pattern/color I was considering, and he recommended which will go best with my kitchen.  I ended up selecting it, and it looks fantastic. The pricing was pretty good. I expected their pricing to be more, because with Costco, you will get back 10% of material cost in Costco gift card.  However, their pricing turned out to be slightly less than the other Cambria dealer.  They promised very tight delivery window, and my kitchen project manager was very skeptical. He said he has never seen a fabricator who can deliver that fast, and he is a very experienced guy with lots of projects going on in this area. I texted Zac so many times, because I was so anxious.  It turned out I really worried for nothing, they DID deliver on the promised date! Because my counter top had very large veins, I was very worried how they will run around the seam. Tony, the fabricator, sent me computerized images of each pieces which show how the veins will look like around seams.  He even gave me two options to choose from. I made my selection, and the output was as expected.  After the installation, I had an unfortunate event of damaging my counter top a little bit. I called Zac, and he helped me to connect with Cambria.  I am scheduled to have a technician coming in at the end of this month.  If you have Costco membership and are looking to get Cambria in IL, don't hesitate to go with it.  StoneTak will do a fantastic job.
