It’s been about 6 months since I hired Steve Raboin to design the logo for my company, Great Lakes Woodworking, and it’s been a total game-changer for me. My business took off!People want to know you’re company is legit and that you’re fully committed. Basically, they want to know you’re a professional. A solid brand can help you deliver that message. Here are some of the benefits I’ve seen so far:1. People want to work for my company now. I did a simple post on social media that said “We’re Hiring” and got a shocking amount of responses. 2. I started an Instagram page and went from 0-1,000 Instagram followers in less than 6 months. I’ve gotten a few jobs through social media as well. 3. The phone rings more often.4. My website looks more professional.5. A local news station reached out to my company and asked me to do an interview on live TV! So what’s the ROI on getting a professional logo designed for your company? You can’t put an exact number on it. It’s more important to consider this: What’s the ROI if you don’t? Without a solid brand, my promoting & advertising was almost completely ineffective.“Branding is senior to advertising.” - Grant CardoneSteve isn’t the cheapest guy around. You can easily find someone else to design a logo for a fraction of the cost. However, I’m a firm believer in “You get what you pay for.” - and I have never questioned my decision to go with Steve. With my ADD in full effect, Steve is able to satisfy my requests very quickly. From logo design to graphic layout for a trailer/truck wrap, to creating impactful business cards and posters, Steve is the man. I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve on a graphic design. In all honesty, we provided minimal input and little more than a vague idea.
To top things off, we requested a quick turnaround.
Despite our hurried request, Steve quickly turned around not one, but several interesting concepts. The hardest part of working with Steve was deciding on which of his top-notch designs to utilize.
We were very happy with our design and I'm thrilled to see people proudly wearing it around the gym. I could not have asked for a better experience and result.

After having mixed experiences trying to find a talented graphic designer to develop a new logo to be used on apparel, we decided to reach out on Facebook to ask for recommendations.
To my surprise, Steve Raboin’s name came up repeatedly (I knew Steve through Crossfit, but I was unaware what he did professionally).
Steve is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Not only is he highly talented and creative, but he is also a great resource for brand development ideas and market strategy. He was easy to work with, receptive to our vision, and had a lot of excellent ideas.

I cannot say enough about Steve Raboin and the work he has done for our business. I work for CrossFit Hartford, a locally owned fitness center. Steve has been doing almost all of our design work over the past 3 or 4 years, ever since we met him, and he has been phenomenal. The quality of his work is exceptional and he has always been able to deliver our design needs promptly and on schedule. It has been really cool to see him grow over the past few years. Every design that he sends us seems to be better than the last, from banners to logos to t-shirts and everything in between. On top of all that, Steve has been an extremely valuable resource, someone we can consult on any design-related matters, i.e. what logo to use where, what colors to mix in different settings. He even helped us pick the paint colors for the inside of our facility. Our business would not be at the point that it is without Steve and all the work he has done for us over the years. As the owner of Central Connecticut Therapy Services, I contacted Steve in the winter with some general concepts about what I was looking for as I prepared to transition to upscaling my psychotherapy practice.
Steve helped me narrow my focus and I found myself to be much less overwhelmed when we began the process of creating a logo and branding/identity.
In my field, there is a great importance for clients to feel they've found the right fit with their therapist. I wanted potential clients to have an idea of my personality and professionalism before they even picked up the phone. I didn't want to be just another listing on psychology today.
When Steve and I met, he asked questions about me and about what my ideal client would be- what things draw them in the marketplace? Why would they choose me as their clinician? He got some ideas of my style based upon my office and some things I'd found online that catch my eye.
Somehow Steve turned the jumble in my head into several great designs after only a few more conversations. Working together was pretty simple and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Steve if you're looking for more than a cookie cutter designer.
