What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When starting a new project we want to ensure that our clients know their ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). This profile can be used during the discovery phase of determining what we will focus on when working on their project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before we start any project we like to discuss with our client what their objectives are and what their expectation is at the end of the project. We also require all documentation and media that we would need in order to successfully complete the project.
What do you love most about your job?
What I enjoy most is learning about a business and leveraging all the resources that we have at our disposal in order to aid any business in successfully achieving their business objective. What inspired you to start your own business?
At the age of 10, I worked with my brother to establish a candy shop that operated out of our mother’s home and sold candy to neighborhood kids. I realized that I found fulfillment in providing a much-needed service for the kids in the community while also finding a profit–a very important lesson for a 10-year-old. At this young age, it sparked an interest in me to learn how to become a business owner.
