Very pleased with, no only the accommodations, but also the customer service. It wasn’t overbearing like the kind of customer service that gets on your nerves. They would simply acknowledge us when we entered and exited the building and ask us if we needed anything. When we did have questions they would answer them professionally. The location of the hotel was perfect! The room was very spacious and clean!!! If we are ever in the area we will definitely be staying at this location again. More...

It's a very nice hotel within walking distance of many historic Savannah attractions. Easily walkable to shopping & dining. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is large, modern & clean. They also provide an excellent blackout curtain and ear plugs. More...

Very nice hotel right on Bay Street in the historic district. Easy walk to a variety of food, drinks, and shopping. Rooms are well appointed, nice lobby, work area, and breakfast area, and courteous staff. Valet parking is required at$30/day. Must pay for breakfast. NOTE: Rooms facing Bay Street are EXTREMELY noisy due to LOTS of traffic AT ALL HOURS....even on higher floors. Request a room facing the historic district. More...

Pros: the cookie (obvs), the bed (fantastically comfortable), location. Get a room on the corner of the building and you’ll have a balcony. Room 534 is a good choice.

What they don’t tell you at check in is how thin the walls are and how prominent the street noise is. They could also tell you that there’s a white noise machine and ear plugs in the room to help you sleep. If you’re into waking up at 6am on Saturday morning with box trucks bouncing down mid-twentieth century streets, this hotel will be your jam. Alternatively, you could just enjoy enough to-go cups around town for it not to bother you.

Very nice and clean hotel inside. Spacious rooms. Great location in historic downtown Savannah. It has a bistro inside. It is a little pricey if you want to eat there. I chose to enjoy the local eateries. The staff was very polite and helpful. Parking is valet only for 30/nt, so be sure to add that in to your stay. My only negative would be the windows allow a lot of noise in as if they are open, but they provide earplugs and a sound machine for sleeping More...

This is an excellent example of how a hotel should be in wonderful city. It location is top notch, the staff that I dealt with were excellent from host to bartender. I will stay here again.

I would say the valet and parking was as bad as any I have ever seen. The worst. Vehicles parked haphazardly close and begging for door dings and no room whatsoever to unload all under the entrance/exit. Packed in tight. I asked to speak with the night manager and each time was told she was out in valet area no doubt trying to solve the issue. I was told that they were full and there were no more spots to park. At $30, I should have a place to park as well as a secure area to unload my vehicle. If this hotel is to live up to its name and price tag this needs to be resolved. I realize it’s a busy area but they have been completely booked before I’m sure so this is not a new issue.

I’m shocked to see this is only a 3 star hotel! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Friendly and professional desk and concierge. Impeccable rooms that are clean, updated, and include little extras like a “white noise sleep machine” and an iHome dock station. The lobby is comfortable and inviting to relax while waiting for rain to
pass. It’s a short walk to many attractions and historic downtown sites!

Wonderful hotel to stay. When we were there, it was during the most current winter storm so there was no food around anywhere. They did have breakfast the next morning. Very very nice and courteous staff. Valet only parking, nice heated smoking area. The rooms were very pretty, hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend. More...

Nice hotel downtown Savannah. The rooms have been recently updated which is nice. There are still parts of it that look old, however.

The location is fantastic. You are right by the downtown market and can walk to River Street. If you are staying here, you won't be spending much time in your room!

You do have to valet your car here like most places in downtown Savannah (costs $30 a night). It can really add up.

I think the price (I booked through Southwest's website so I could get points) was quite reasonable for the location. However, we went during the winter and maybe it isn't as busy as other times of year.

One thing I would not recommend is the restaurant in the hotel. We had breakfast there once and it was so so. There are so many better options around the hotel that it is just not worth it.
