Passing through Bozeman we found Starky's and it sounded like just what we were looking for. It turned out to be just that. Comfortable, good food, good service and reasonable prices. It was nice inside which is not such a big deal to me but my wife really appreciates. I had the fish and chips and they were excellent. Good wine a nice beer selection. Very comfortable and relaxing. Always great food and service. My wife loves the Reuben. I like the Turkey Club. The burgers are pretty good. Big fan of the Snickerdoodle cookies. Highly recommend! The wait for a table was a little long, but a tour bus had apparently just arrived. It was worth the wait though. THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT!! I am completely obsessed with the super green salad with chicken!! The service is fast, the staff is super friendly, and the food is great! I've been twice in the past week while I've been visiting, and both Thomas it did not disappoint! This will be my go to for lunch whenever I'm in town and will be raving about it for ages. I could eat the vegan Reuben once a week for the rest of my life and never get tired of it (that rye bread was killer). Several menu items have the option to make it vegan, which makes it extra easy to order. We also got the Starky Burger with a Beyond patty, and were not disappointed. Delicious food and friendly staff. Nice seating arrangements and good desserts. I asked about the seasoned fries, and our waitress said that the seasoning probably had gmo. Great variety on the menu and items well priced at the mid range price point. While our waitress was friendly and helpful, we found the service very very slow. I am gluten and dairy free and right away I was super excited about the gf buns and bread options. I talked with the waitress about how much I love a burger with pink on the inside and of medium rare is okay to order, because burgers are usually over done. I get my burger and it’s super dry, and overdone. The waitress looks at it and goes “how’s the burger”? I say it’s kind of dry, no pink. And right away she gets me a new burger with the gf bun and the comes back and the burger is PERFECTLY cooked this time. Dear Lord, the Mike's Art Reuben. I don't care how good everything else looks on the menu (because a LOT of it looks good). ... get the Mike's Art Reuben. The Pastrami and Corned Beef is so clean and not greasy.... this sandwich rivals what I have had in NYC. Do not pass go, do not collect $100.. order it. Everything our group ordered was DELISH. Went in for lunch. Cold and rainy day in Bozeman, but nice and warm inside. Friendly staff. Great menu. This place has wait staff and tables. No walk up order, go get your order and then someone expects a tip!We had the Black and Blue burger and Ruben and tomato basil bisque. Everything was very good. It all arrived hot and fresh. My husband and I visiting from Ft Lauderdale FL stopped at this place for lunch and very glad we did. Nice day to sit outside. First impressions are not always right. First impression the cute young blonde boy who was the host had ZERO personality. I looked at my husband and said wow really.So first impression bad but everything else was super good. My husband ordered the lunch special which was half a deli sandwich and soup.He got a gyro and tomato soup with a bagels slice toasted for the soup. The gyro was busting with meat feta onion etc and the soup was a thick tomato absoluety delish.I got their delightful delish home made chicken salad topped with lettuce tomatoe bacon and a guacamole slice with fries.
