This office is activley disciminating against an individual over race/disability. The licensed staff lacks the necessary skills to seperate their personal feelings/opinion from professional obligations. I was informed that a family member with specialized needs could not receive services because the employee could not seperate there opinions that another client has fausly stated towards me. The unfathomable comments or dilusions told about me has jeopardized the care of another individual. But I'm not allowed to ask questions or defend myself from this individual who has a history of substance abuse,
Schizophrenia and other mental health disorder because of HIPPA. But my family must be unfairly punished by this agency witn out due cause. Now any of my immediate family and associates are automatically refused to receive services that they provide to the community. Even though there are other employees that could be able to treat my family member. I am confident that it was because of a different reason because they refuse to state anything other than conflict of interest. Also I have other family members reciving services from the agency who are not a different race, have a complex disability, or share my last name, or have me advocating for their needs. Other people in this community can obtain service, even though they know this patient or of another individual who knows them too. But. my family member is automatically excluded from treatment that's hard to find locally, because of the unethical bias treatment the health care workers in this organization provide that patient that no one else in this community would be allowed or considered to have access too by the company. Especially since my family member is not the same race, age and religion as the providers is. Then the provider states that it's unethical to treat my family member but it is ethicaly okay for the providers to break interpersonal and professonal boundaries with care that they provide this other patient. While they condem another individual because if the first said patients unfounded comments of individuals not involved in the clinics practices or services. I could understand if i was sealing services but for an individual who is not the intended recipient of the bias to be punished because of a family relationship they have no control over is unethical any any part of health care. When i brought the situation to the owner he did not want to disscusse the situation or care about reasonable unethical practices his emploees are conducting at his business. As long as he belives that he is protecting his employee and able to bill medicaid/ Medicare it dose not concern him. But the provider is violating patients rights under federal law. It is hard to find individuals to provide mental health care in Henderson Kentucky. I do have other family members who are reciving services at this location who do not share my last name, and are not as dissabled, nor a mixed race in this community. Therefore, I belive that me working in healthcare in this community is a ridiculous reason on why they would not help a disabled individual who canot get to other cities and communities in Kentucky. Eventhought i work in a different state altogether and it must and have never had an professional relationship with this individual.
