I was very nervous about my surgery (because it is surgery which can come with complications). I had lost a tremendous amount of weight and wanted a tummy tuck.  Dr. Ghaderi was exceptional and performed a beautiful surgery. He made my experience very enjoyable with incredible results. His staff is part of this experience - being very caring and I was treated like family - I cannot speak enough about his medical expertise, but collaboration with me at the center as his patient.  I plan to go back and have additional cosmetic surgery - and lastly his rates are reasonable. I found Dr. Ghaderi after being diagnosed with breast cancer and having gone through chemo and other therapies. After all that and seeing all the doctors I had seen I was tired and having a hard time keeping all the facts straight in my head. He was very kind, patient and listening and willing to meet with me several times until I decided I was ready and comfortable to move forward. Whenever I called the office with a question or concern I almost always had my call returned within 30 minutes, by him. He was willing to take the time to talk directly with me, that is a rarity in today's world. I couldn't be happier with the results of my reconstruction. I had no complications. One of my other doctors told me I should be a poster child for this surgery because it turned out so amazingly well. I saw Dr. Ghaderi after going through chemo and other therapies for breast cancer, I was only 42. All the information for everything I had done and was about to have done was overwhelming. He met with me several times until I felt comfortable moving forward. He didn't push me into any decisions but guided me through the process, willing to work with me in whatever I decided to do with my reconstruction. I'm so glad I listened to his advice. I saw Dr. Ghaderi in October and have to say I am over the moon with the results!!  after having three little ones and breast feeding all of them my breast weren't where they use to be and I can finally say I have my confidence back! He made me feel more than comfortable with the whole procedure. He also was amazing with helping me pick the right procedure for me and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. I made a decision to go thru with breast reduction surgery in November 2017. After my initial visit to Dr. Ghadari office, I felt like I was in the best hands. He was clear on what to expect. He listened to my needs and wants! When I was nervous, he calmed me, when I had questions he answered all of them. Surgery was in January 2018. The recovery was easier than expected. The results are even better! Now everyday activities and other aspects of my life have improved dramatically! I first met Dr. Ghaderi ten years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was only 33 years old and I was very overwhelmed and emotional. Dr. Ghaderi took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction choices that were available to me with a single mastectomy, and the positive and negative aspects of each one. Dr. Ghaderi is also quite meticulous in the operating room. (I was awake for the nipple reconstruction surgery.) The nurses at Delnor know that he goes above and beyond with each patient. I went back four years ago because the skin around my initial implant had contracted. Once again, Dr. Ghaderi walked me through each step of the process and patiently answered all of my questions. I was referred to Dr. Ghaderi by Dr. Seema (a local Chiropractor and non-invasive/holistic Doctor) to talk over options on getting my torn earlobe fixed. After years of wearing heavy earrings and getting earrings caught/pulled out by kids the hole in my ear ripped. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Ghaderi to discuss my options. Dr. Ghaderi looked at my ear, explained the process of fixing my earlobe or getting fillers to temporarily keep it closed.  After he explained my options he told me his recommendation was to do nothing and explained why.  Dr. Ghaderi said if anything changes to come back and see him.I cannot thank Dr. Ghaderi enough for his honesty, especially since his honesty isn't in his financial interest.  Dr. Ghaderi was professional, knowledgeable and very honest. I was referred to Dr Ghaderi by a friend who had a breast augmentation a few years ago. I recently had a BA this summer and I can not say enough on how excellent this entire process was. From my first consultation to my 3 month check up Dr Ghaderi and has staff have made me feel comfortable and at ease each and every time. I was able to schedule my surgery on the day I wanted which was great. I never had any pain or discomfort. He even gave me his personal number to call him anytime if I needed him. I find that amazing for a doctor to do considering how busy they are in their daily lives. The staff at Delnor love him! The whole Delnor process was also wonderful. They knew exactly how to communicate with the office. Ive never had to wait in the waiting room either which was very nice. Overall a 5 + star for Dr Ghaderi and his work! I originally asked a friend who to go to. Dr Ghaderi was the name she mentioned. After years of not liking how I looked I made the decision to go through with plastic surgery and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr Ghaderi was wonderful. He answered all of my questions. The day of my surgery he even called me after I had been home for a few hours to check on me. Dale, Monica, and Gabrielle were also amazing and answered any questions I had too. Since I lived over 2 hours away they worked with me so I didn't have to come so many follow up appointments, when I did have to schedule an appointment they were flexible with my schedule. I was foolish and at our initial consultation Dr. Ghadari didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. 3 weeks later we spoke again and i paid and was put on the schedule. He held no grudge and reminded me that if I wasn't comfortable then it wasn't the right time. His skill, with a scalpel is artistry in motion, his bedside manner is top notch. He is one of those doctors that are either in scrubs in the hospital or in a suit in the office, aka always on. My surgery was a few days before his family vacation. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case anything was wrong or if I just had questions. He may be a plastic surgeon, but he is dedicated, experienced and I was incredibly comfortable around him.As for the support staff, Dale is awesome, always accommodating the best she can, and goes above and beyond every time I've called. Gabrielle and Monica are friendly and totally awesome and they take care of scheduling and other office duties. Dr Ghadari is the most amazing plastic surgeon! He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He graduated from UCLA and is the head of the plastic surgery unit at one of the hospitals. I had my surgery at Delnor and the staff there was fantastic! My scarring is so minimal and I am ecstatic with the results!! He is not the cheapest doctor around BUT I don't want the cheapest - I want the best and that is what I got! I have already referred him to friends and will continue! I wanted to post a picture to go along with this but doesn't look like I can. I had twins 16 years ago and 2 others since. The extra skin I had from my twins has bothered me since their birth. I am almost 44 years old and since surgery back to working out 5 days a week. . Dr. Ghaderi did my tummy tuck Jan. 2, 2014, just over a year ago. He did such an AMAZING job! I was a patient of Dr.Ghaderi and I was a very happy one. Anyone who is considering undergoing any major surgery should naturally be very investigative and diligent in making sure that you understand the procedure, the associated fees, possible risks, pre-surgical and post-surgical information and also make sure that you go into your consultations armed with what questions to ask the doctor and their staff. Dr.Ghaderi was open to all of my questions and was willing to provide me answers that I felt were realistic and unbiased. He appears to be someone who is to the point and will give you an honest answer even if you don't like the answer and that is a respectable trait for a physician to have. I was provided with an enormous amount of extremely helpful information both pre and post surgery which allowed me to formulate any questions or concerns that I had. The timeline of the entire experience was really thought out as well, from the time of the initial consultation all the way through the 6 month post surgical follow ups. One thing that stands out in my mind beyond anything else is that after the surgery, Dr.Ghaderi actually called me personally while I was recovering in my hotel room to check to make sure that everything was going OK and that I was comfortable and that was the exact moment that I realized that I had made the correct choice regarding physicians. I am almost one year post surgery and I could not be happier with my results. At risk of sounding cliche, Dr.Ghaderi changed my life in a way that he may never be able to truly grasp. I feel as if he lifted a gargantuan weight from my shoulders and words cannot thank him enough. I could not be any more satisfied with my results and for this, Dr.Ghaderi and staff- I thank you. I am writing on behalf of my wife, Denice. Denice was interested in Breast Reduction surgery so I started to research it online. My wife has epilepsy, a seizure disorder, and has had two brain surgeries and takes anti-seizure medication, so safety was our number one concern. We discussed it with her doctors and were given the OK to go ahead. Over the course of two years, I looked at different surgeons and Denice and I decided to call Dr. Ghaderi at St. Charles Plastic Surgery. I am sure there are many fine doctors who could have performed this surgery, but we kept on returning to Dr. Ghaderi because of his credentials and what other patients had to say about him. We set up our first meeting with St. Charles Plastic Surgery and discussed my wife's situation. Dr. Ghaderi was confident we could do this and worked in conjunction with her other doctors to make this safe. The Breast Reduction surgery was a success. Denice is extremely happy and we are six months removed from her surgery. Dr. Ghaderi likes to have many follow-up appointments to check on the progress. If things are going well, as they did for us, you might wonder why you need to see him so frequently, but it is Dr. Ghaderi's nature to be with you throughout this process, whether there are complications or not. He is also readily accessible by phone if you need him between visits. St. Charles Plastic Surgery office staff is the best. Monica and Gabrielle coordinate all appointments and handle pictures of your progress. They understand that whatever you are there for, it is personal. They are very friendly and treat you with respect. Dale handles the insurance and financial side of things, and she does it well. Over the years, we have had to deal with numerous doctors, hospitals and insurance companies, Dale took care of everything. It was one burden Denice and I did not have to worry about. I have talked so little about the successful surgery and more about the people at St. Charles Plastic Surgery, and that should tell you all you need to know about the experience we had.
