Tricia is amazing to work with. Within five minutes she identified most of my problems just with a walk. You don't feel like your being analyzed and she's so in tune with how the body works. I wish I worked with her in my earlier years to prevent most of these issues. In two visits she identified the majority of my issues when doctors couldnt and has given me great corrective exercises to do and practice. I was apprehensive with the video but it's super helpful to fall back on when your like what did we do again? So happy to have found her and know who to call if I run into trouble again.
