Buyer Beware! I purchased a Groupon deal from this company for window cleaning. The customer ratings on Groupon are quite high. ..must be some kind of fix if you ask me because the ratings here and on Yelp echo my experience. I wish I'd searched the web for reviews before buying the Groupon.

Where to begin! Well, I guess I'll start with the fact that my windows were terribly inconsistently serviced. It's like I hired the neighbor's kid or forced my teenager to clean my windows. Some are passably mediocre clean, some were left unbelievably smeared and streaked, and some looked completely untouched. None are Sparkling Clean so they ought drop the misleading name. If you take nothing else from this review, believe you that.

After they did their "cleaning," I kept discovering new levels of their incompetent work, from dirty water drips to a brand new installed window that I can't even see through because of smears that are magnified in low light or when the widow is backlit by my streetlights or morning sun. This is a window with glass that was replaced a mere 2 months ago. It should be sparkling clean as it is BRAND NEW. in fact, about 13 of my windows had brand new glass installed at the same time in late summer and none of them look very clean after this so called cleaning service. I expected them to be sparkling and got a whole different result. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I have 36 windows in total they "cleaned" and I paid extra for track and screen cleaning.

WORSE than the fact that I'll be scrubbing my own windows to fix their smeary and drippy work, we found they put big holes in and tore several of our window screens when they cleaned them. One screen frame was bent so it doesn't fit right any longer. I'm talking about they DAMAGED 5 of my screens. Not all of my windows have screens so that puts their damage at a 20+% occurrence. And the workers said nothing to us about it. You might be thinking the screens were already damaged but remember how I mentioned I just had a third of my windows replaced? We did that after inspecting ALL our windows so we know for sure our screens were not damaged before Sparkling arrived. Plus there's the fact that we actually look out of some of these windows every single day and had no pre existing holes. No idea yet what it will cost me to repair the screens they charged extra to clean.

I reached out to the owner via text in the immediate two days after their "service" to request follow-up for my concerns and reporting the screen damage. I've heard nothing back. Not a peep. But I see now that the ignoring customers pattern rather fits with what others have written.

Besides the crap work, after they vacated the job, they left one of their two vans parked in front of my house for hours. I actually walked around my property looking for them thinking one of them was still here, as by then I'd seen some of the quality issues and wanted them to explain why some windows looked dirty. They were straight gone and just left the van. No idea how long it was before they came back and got it. I eventually had to leave and it was still parked at the corner of my driveway on the street. It's occurring to me now I should have smeared up the windows.

So, if it hasn't been clearly communicated yet, this was an epic FAIL. This isn't a company you need in your life. Give them a hard pass and take your business elsewhere. More...

Bought a Groupon and scheduled service. They cancelled several times due to rain. Since time went by with their cancelling, I moved to a 2 story house and wanted to use the $74. 00 toward service and pay the difference. They wouldn't because the voucher was for a 1 story house. So lost my $$ because these people are LAZY and unavailable. Don't do business with them!!! More...

The worst company I have dealt with in years. I paid for window cleaning, cleaning of the window tracks & screens and to repair the back slider screen. They moved from window to window pretending to clean, but were eager to move on to their next appointment. 6 windows tracks were not even touched!!
Also, they did a horrible job replacing the screen. I pointed out the mess he made of my door and Fernando agreed to fix it right. He said, they had to take the door with them and return it in 2 days, because they were late to their next appointment. After 20 days of repeated phone calls and empty promises to clean my tracks and return my door. One evening after dark my screen door appears in my drive way, with one of the track wheels broken, my tracks were never cleaned, and there's not been another word from anyone in the company. after scheduling an appointment months in advance I was called the day before to re-schedule bc a worker was sick. 10 days later they called again to change the time to better suit their schedule. I had an original appointment from 10-12 which would allow me to get my child to and from her morning and afternoon activities. they wanted to move it from 12-2 which would not work for my schedule. I was then told that they could come at 6:30 am but they would not honor their original time saying it did not work for their schedule anymore. never again will I use them. I can understand one re-schedule but asking me to change again - no! my time is just as important as theirs. More...
