What’s your signature dish?
We have so many favorites, but I would say our Pecan Crusted Chicken with our apricot-habanero sauce wins over even the pickiest customers. Our Fire Roasted Pimento Cheese is by far the MOST POPULAR item we do....we still have customers from our market and restaurant we opened in Florida in 2002 that call us asking if we will ship it to them. Pair the pimento cheese with our bacon jam and buttermilk biscuits and you have the perfect southern inspired appetizer.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen! We craft every menu based on not only budget, but likes and dislikes as well as type of event, time of event and one of the most important~ seasonality (ie. You won't see fresh tomatoes on any menu of ours in the winter or early spring, instead we will use roasted tomatoes.)
