Mike has incredible taste in music and can easily match any genre you have in mind plus he is an amazing emcee!
An added benefit was Mike's ability to bring and set up all equipment needed to make our ceremony and reception perfect! This included, a custom DJ booth, LED uplighting, a digital monogram, microphones and speakers to match our wedding's color scheme, and more.
I sincerely recommend Mike of Southern Gentlemen Entertainment to anyone who is in need of a DJ/ Emcee at their event. Mike's attention to detail and desire to make your event perfect with exceed every expectation!

DJ Magic had every song I asked for and more. Stayed within the song period of what I asked for and nicely tappered the exist music once the party was over. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Important factor is reading the crowd. Knowing what genre or song to play at the right time. Lastly, keeping the crowd engaged is paramount.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I have an outgoing style. I like to keep the crowd engaged by using my mic skills. I'm great at reading the crowd.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to become a DJ. Once I got settled in my military career, I figured I might as well give it a chance.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a professional. I show up early and I make sure I meet all your standards/expectations. The DJ can make or break any event. That being said, my goal is to ensure every event I'm a part of is a success. I have all genres of music and take requests during events.
