I recently used Sound Level Events to rent gear for my local high school homecoming 2019. From the very 1st call with Eddie Gil, the owner to him following up during and after to make sure I wasn't facing any problems with the equipment, this man is a professional at what he does. Very kind and polite and he takes pride in his company. I rented 2 18" subs by JBL, 2 15" tops by JBL,2 gig bars and a haze machine. This man, made my homecoming event sound like a beast....... I have to say when Sound Level Events showed up to the event they were so relaxed and confident, it brought an energy and high level of expertise to the set up. The owner himself came and gave us some insight on our personnel setup it really took the event to the next level. To add to this the Dj was nothing but energetic and uplifting. One word, PHENOMENAL!!!! I was at Hammocks park for my Godson’s birthday and from a distance heard the best mix ever. I found where the music was coming from and behind the turntables was Eddie, aka Dj Scorpio. He was extremely approachable and spoke to me about Sound Level Events all the different services they offer. I kept his card and finally after a year and a half I was able to book him for our engagement party. Eddie wasn’t able to DJ due to another event even after much begging. He recommended DJ LS for our event and he was amazing as well. Towards the end of our event Eddie surprised me and got on the turntables to DJ. People are still talking about our event. They really know how to read the crowd and played music for all 19-70 years. I recommend SL Events to everyone having a small gathering to a wedding. Extremely satisfied with this company. The day before thanksgiving the company that was supposed to rent me chairs for thanksgiving bumped the price on me and were unable to deliver. Professionalism, class, and goodness personified - on top of superior execution. If there was any rating to give that was above and beyond a 5/5 - they would have it. Absolutely could not say enough wonderful things about the team. Eddie took our job, with a little over 12 hours of notice, working what we later found out was his first Saturday off in a year and a half, 3.5 hours away that he and the team would need to be up at 6am for .. staying for the day with us, and in addition to the best service imagineable - he and his team were bright lights on such an emotional day. Had an amazing company picnic. Employee's all talking about DJ Scorpio. As an HR manager I so appreciated his professionalism from the first time he called me to inquire about what I needed and the dynamics of my event. Punctual, great listener, awesome music and sound. Dj Scorpio and Master of ceremonies Ruben djrubalo Carballo are out of this world. They had everyone in my daughters Bat Mitzvah on the floor. Every detail, from lighting, special effects you got it.
