What an amazing place! I've been here a couple of times, and I'm just blown away each time. You just want a sandwich? You can design whatever you'd like. You want pizza? It was cooked in an amazing flame oven, on a stone, and it's the best. Just a salad? Any ingredient you could think of. Coconut tofu curry? The best. Cereal? Waffles? Tacos? Asian inspired cuisine? This place is really nice and spacious, and all the food is amazing, especially the cookies. Luckily there wasn't much of a crowd here, but there was a few difficulties with the fountain drinks.

The Hawk is the best kept secret in Ashland. Most people probably think it's fir students only, but the Ashland community is very welcome. A wide variety of food is always available and they always have vegetarian, vegan, & gluten free options. This is our daughters eating hall at SOU. This is NOT the same kind of food I had at college many years ago! I always choose the vegetarian offerings, with lots of deliciously prepared veggie dishes YUM! They also offer burgers, pizza, salads, soups, sandwiches, stir fry and desserts.
