This place was such a find I can't tell you ! My friend referred me to sofa u love for a couch. The Furniture there was beautiful I thought the prices would be to high but they were so reasonable I was shocked. I bought a gorgeous white couch with cotton linen sheets love it ! A couple months after I had waxed my wood floors. My couch covers drape on the bottom to the floor. Stains got all over the bottom I was so upset so I brought them back to sofa u love thinking  it's going to be a fortune to clean and that's if they can even get it out i figured I'll have to buy a new couch if not. Long story short, Johnny took care of allThe covers for me ! the couch looks brand new again ! I will never go anywhere else . This is the place to go trust me ! Best find More...

This is the 2nd time I've bought a sleeper sofa from Sofa U Love. The 1st one is in my furnished condo and I missed it so much! I moved to Hawaii and HAD to have my sofa I love, so I ordered another one to be shipped to me. Marina is the BEST to work with! I bought some slip cover sofas from Marina 20 years ago and now it was time to change them for a new design. So I came back and guess what. .. the lovely Marina is still the manager and took great care of me. I have purchased three custom sofas and two custom chairs from the Corona del Mar store. You can't beat their prices considering the fact that you can 100% customize the style, size and fabric is pretty amazing! Just ordered another couch and anxiously awaiting its arrival.... I just had the nicest experience at Sofa U Love on Western in Hollywood. I had to bring in a few sofa cushions to be patched after some serious wear and tear, and Marina and Johnny (owner) were wonderful. After explaining why they couldn't do what I'd asked them to do, they kindly explained all my available options. They even showed me how each option would look and feel once completed. This was during a very busy Monday morning when they weren't expecting me- and they still took an abundance of time to explain and display how my repaired cushions would look. They clearly care very much about the customer's experience- and know this business very well. After all that, the cost was also very reasonable. I love everything about this company!...Not only are they offering a great product at reasonable prices made in the USA, the service is outstanding!  I have bought 2 couches and 1 big chair in the past 8 months. My first encounter was with the very friendly and knowledgeable  Rob in San Francisco, then met Michael who was just as fun to shop with and suggested I check out their larger showroom in Menlo Park. My final purchase was with the beautiful Arianna in Menlo Park. Arianna is new to the industry however you would never know it. She has a great sense of style, understood my needs and spoke to my more sensible side. This is the third time we've had the opportunity to work with the great folks at Sofa You Love. Each time my wife has had an idea for a new couch/love seat combo, she calls David and the two of them design great stuff. The new combination is not only wonderful to look at but very comfortable to sit on. Great Store & Great Customer Service!!!  Recently bought a sofa for my newly renovated pool room and I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! !!!Rob Weber was my salesman & he really listened to my needs......it was very important that the fabric had to be durable, and very teen & pet friendly!!!  But he hit it outta the park because it's also very comfortable & looks great!!  My son even slept on it one night!  Would definitely recommend this store!!!!Rob even recommended the the moving  app Luggfor pickup & delivery of my sofa & they were also fantastic! I purchased my couch from Sofa U Love over 10 years ago and am just as happy with it now as I was then. I only recently replaced the cushions - super easy process since they made the couch and had the dimensions already - the frame is still perfect and this couch is the primary seating in our family room with heavy daily use. I chose the white washable cotton denim slip cover and it washes beautifully with no shrinkage in the wash/dryer after all this time! You will not be disappointed by Sofa U Love. We had a great experience here - the ability to get exactly what you want (cushion fill, size of armrests, depth of seating area) made tthis a no brainer for a more conventional space. I saw the perfect sofa for my den at a nationwide chain of furniture stores but HATED the fabric and color options. I brought the spec sheet to Sofas You Love and they were able to make a similar sofa with fabric that I LOVE and cushions that were firmer on the back and softer on the bottom.  Ricky was great in digging out the perfect red fabric for the sofa.  They were patient, attentive and very friendly.   And, the sofa was ready a good 4 weeks before the chain could commit to.   All-in-all a satisfying experience. Bought a sectional from sofas u love in woodland hills.  David took care of us.  The sofa was delivered and it's absolutely perfect.    The material we picked is beautiful, the sectional is clearly well made and to our custom specifications with a hideaway bed.  David was easy to deal with very knowledgeable and always did his best to stay in touch returning phone calls etc.  I would give them 4 1/2 stars if possible only taking away a little bit for the fact that the sofa was a little late in delivery.  Highly recommend :-) My son says it's good to sleep on More...

Years ago we had a terrible experience with Sofa U Love in Woodland Hills.  We swore never to go to one of those stores, ever again.  Fast forward 24+ years and we are in need of a sofa bed but could not find the right one.Reluctantly, I visited the Sofa U Love in Thousand Oaks.  Liz greeted me and immediately I felt at ease with her.  She was friendly, kind and eager to help.  I returned with my husband and we agreed on a Chesterfield couch.  Liz was so patient with us.  We could not decide which fabric or specific color we wanted.  She wrote the order 3 times before we finalized our decision.  She was amazing and I recommend her to anyone looking for a good deal and a great couch.The couch itself is amazing. Team Sofa u Love all the way! I am a return customer to this company. The last sofa I got from their valley location lasted about TWENTY years! ! It was our everyday sofa with slip covers that I machine washed at least every few months! After searching the market for what we had in mind thinking maybe we could score a good deal 'off the floor', we couldn't find what we were looking for. Because I knew from experience sofa u love offered great quality and I knew they offered custom orders, we came here. I'm so glad we did!We had such a FANTASTIC experience working with Vincent. I will say my husband and I were a little reluctant to start. We determined to get what we wanted, we had to go with a custom order. We are not designers. It's kinda scary to say what we need sight unseen with something we knew we would live with for likely the next 10 years. We also thought designing our own was going to be out of our budget. Vincent was great at guiding us with what he heard us saying and with his expertise what other elements we should consider. He was patient with us and ALL of our questions. He came to our home before he placed our order to ensure we would be 100% happy with the measurements of the end result!!  Not many places I know of these days that are that concerned about customer satisfaction. We first met Marina close to 20 years ago. She works with many in our industry, and we were always impressed with how the finish products turned out. With her help, we customed designed numerous pieces for our home, negotiated a fair and reasonable price, placed the order and a few weeks later, our new furniture arrived. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. The pieces we had made have held up marvelously well, but it was time for a refurbishing...styles, colors etc. change, so we went straight back to Marina, and repeated the process with virtually no hassles. Yes, a little bit of tough negotiating on the price, but we came to a deal we were happy with. We even made a change a few days after we ordered them and Marina was able to accommodate that. So, our experience has been pretty excellent. Love our two new sofas we got from Sofa u love.  We actually had gotten one in the Santa Barbara store about 20 years ago and called that store to get a new slip cover about five years ago.   We realized we wanted to replace some old sofas we had in our living room and we were really excited to see that the Menlo Park Store opened last year.  We were able to get exactly the sofas we wanted with the fabric that worked perfectly.  All in all a great experience. Update 2/4/19Since my review Vincent has made an exceptional effort to resolve the situation.  He personally came over to my home to remeasure my couch and to check out the problem with the fabric.  My cushion covers have now been replaced.  I will be reviewing again in a few months in hopes the pilling on the fabric does not occur again.  Very pleased with their efforts to resolve my problem.January 19I owned a couch from Sofa U Love for over 15 years and it was just perfect and held up well after many washings and was super comfortable.  So last year I went back to have a larger custom made sectional done for my new home.  Lilia helped me and was very easy to work with.  I had one custom made to very exact measures and it fit perfectly and was very comfortable.  Unfortunately within a few weeks the fabric I selected started pilling and made it look very cheap and unsightly, even friends commented that it didn't look like a new couch.  I called Lilia and she helped me get replacement covers.  The covers came in and one was the wrong size, but I tucked it in and filed a complaint.  They promised to replace it and after a few calls I never heard back from them.  Then the new covers started pilling just like the old ones after a few weeks.  I don't do anything abnormal to my cushions and they wore and pilled horribly.  I told this to Lilia but never heard back.  There are some pros and cons to this place but the con of not trying to fix a problem has me very unhappy with my $4,000 sectional.  For me it was A LOT to spend on a couch that I hoped to enjoy for at least a decade but will probably seek to replace with something else at a big financial loss. I was looking for a custom couch for my office,  I looked at multiple places for Chesterfields and thank god I came here (friend recommendation).  Rob and Vic were so professional AND helpful.  Made me this unbelievable gorgeous navy blue velvet couch at an affordable price point.  Even the delivery guys were beyond perfect.  If you looking for VERY high quality and not looking to be ripped off at retail places like RestorationH/PotteryB/PierIm.  Skip all those places and go straight to Vic.  I am in the custom industry myself and I know quality and service when I see one.  Thank you guys,  EVERYONE loves my couch.
