A great website is one that educates, entertains, solves problems, creates conversations, and provides some value to the user - much like art.

We utilize research tools to create content that is rich in keywords, a design that follows best practices, provide navigation that works for how different people consume content, and create a layout that easy to read and bite-sized for the busy lives of our customers.

Our creative process starts with questions - see above. We analyze all aspects of your online presence, such as Social Media channels, Website content, and other digital campaigns, and access if they all align. Then we focus on Keyword research to ensure the content being used aligns with what people are searching for. Then we work with the client to understand their voice and tone to create content and brand strategies that best represents their brand.

After we agree on a project, we would need access to analytic tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, etc.) to see how people are responding to campaigns. We would also like a clear expectation of deliverables, important metrics, etc.

We love telling a great story. We find that most companies have one (or several). We love rolling up our sleeves and researching keywords and trends in the customer vertical, writing exceptional copy that converts, and creating eye-catching assets such as videos or images that illustrate what the narrative says.

We started Social Sipper because we saw a gap in the Marketing industry. Most companies are very transactional in selling tactics like Facebook, PPC campaigns, etc., without understanding what the brand strategy is (or should be) and how a solid Content Strategy should inform those tactics. We wanted to understand the Why before the How.

Our clients should choose us for several reasons:
~ We are research forward and always learn everything possible about the customers' vertical, trends in their industry, and what keywords people are using to find their businesses
~ We care - I know, I know. Everyone says that. But we do. We left our other corporate jobs because the focus was on quantity of qualify, our voices and expertise weren't being utilized, and we worked for companies that we really didn't like.
~ A significant initiative for Social Sipper is to work with companies we like - either we like the leadership, the business model, a product we admire, the companies are doing great things in their community, etc. We believe businesses do not have to be Non-Profit to do good work for their customers, their teams, and the community around them.

We offer the ability to do on-site workshops and training for brand development or provide all services virtually through Zoom, Teams, or Google.

We believe in safety measures for everyone where COVID is concerned. If meetings are in person, we wear masks, ideally try to meet in open spaces, practice social distancing, etc. We just try to be smart about our health and the health of everyone around us.

Implementation: We combine our work with brands and content to develop marketing plans, utilizing the best Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), both organic and paid tactics, Search (SEO keyword research), and Digital Marketing practices (Google Ad Words, Programmatic, Email campaigns with journeys or workflows, etc.).
