Lindsay is a magical wedding ninja... and I mean that in the best way possible. As a bride planning an out of state wedding ( I live in Kentucky and my wedding was back home in NY) I was under so much stress. When I realized I needed some help, a friend of a friend recommended Lindsay to me. When we first spoke on the phone, there was an instant connection - her passion and expertise for weddings came through loud and clear. On the days leading up to my wedding, Lindsay was there for me whenever I needed her help. She was unbelievably helpful on the day of the wedding. For example, the night before, our reception hall required we completely flip around the entire room - all 15 tables..I just called Lindsay and she handled it. The flower girls needed their sashes sewed- Lindsay fixed it. One of my bridesmaids needed two AA batteries for her breast pump - Lindsay found some. At the end of the night she gathered up all my things, checked into my hotel room for me and set up my room, put my cake topper in the fridge, plugged my phone into the charger and left me a hand-written note. Whatever I needed or wanted, Lindsay was immediately there. I cannot thank her enough for everything she provided and the reassurance she gave to me and my family on our wedding day. More...

I do not have enough space here to write about HOW amazing Lindsay is! If you're thinking of getting a month of/day of coordinator.
.. look no further.
We had a particularly difficult wedding as we rented a space and did everything DIY and Lindsay was incredible. She literally though of everything, every little detail or element we might have over looked she was on it making sure we thought about it an planned it. I work full time as a Producer - and I thought I was pretty organized. I was wrong. Lindsay is truly the most organized and prepared person I have ever met.
She worked amazingly with all of our vendors, checking in on them days prior to the event ensuring everything arrived and was set up on time and cleaned out on time. EVERY vendor I had said they would love to work with her again! (which goes to show she's one of a kind in the industry!)
She also just so amazingly easy to work with, adaptable when plans change and "on it" to solve any issues that might arise.
I really don't know how I would have done my wedding day without her.

I think I said “Lindsay is a genius” at least 20 times the day of my wedding. She was invaluable to me on the day of and the weeks leading up to it. We had a very short engagement (five months) and did all of the vendor securing etc on our own but about two months prior I was overwhelmed and felt like I needed additional support. From the beginning she made me and my now husband feel calm and secure! She told me from the start that she would be “team bride” and she really was. She was one step ahead of me at every turn on the day of and did all the things I didn’t have time to do (steam my dress and those of my bridesmaids, deal with the hotel and their slow coffee delivery, order Uber for our musician, keep track of my shawl, carry around my lipstick, bring gifts to our hotel room, and so much more!) I cannot say enough about the amazing job Lindsay did with managing our wedding day. She was on top of every little detail;
even monitoring the drive time from the hotel to the church all morning to make sure we would arrive on time. She also comes fully prepared for any disaster or issue that may come up - in the last moments before we left the hotel she was steaming the bridesmaids shawls with her steamer! Thank goodness she had one!
She also is really good at keeping the bride and groom calm - she could read me very well and knew immediately when to come over and check in to make sure I was not stressed and if I was, what she could do to fix it.
I don't even know what we would have done without her day-of timeline she put together - every minute was accounted for! We also had a pretty large wedding party, she kept them all in line (literally) for the processional. Everything was executed flawlessly.
She is with you from the moment you wake up until the very last guest leaves, making sure you leave nothing behind. She even checks in with you the next day! My whole family raved about her and honestly I could not have done that day without her!
Lindsay is amazing - book her! You will not regret it!

Lindsay was always available for communication, questions, and suggestions and very prompt with responses. She was extremely organized and able to manage over our 8+ vendors without missing a beat.
She made sure all the decor flowed nicely and that we were happy with everything from start to finish.
The day wouldn't have been as stress free as it was if we didn't hire her. Wish we hired her sooner! Highly highly recommend her to anyone!

LINDSAY WAS MY ROCKSTAR!! She went above and beyond to make my wedding day phenomenal. I came into my wedding planning as a mess of nerves and questions, and left my initial planning meeting with So Many Hearts feeling renewed and at ease. Lindsay asked all of the right questions of me and pulled together a beautiful day-of plan that helped me visualize how the wedding day would go, step-by-step. She was in touch with and confirmed all of my vendors days before the wedding day, checked-in on me and my stress levels, and assured me that all would be well. I was extremely impressed by Lindsay’s preparedness and marveled at her composure. My husband-to-be lost a shirt button and Lindsay was at the ready, sewing kit in hand before I even knew what happened. Rings went missing? Lindsay found them. Toiletry baskets needed arranging? She had it done in a flash. Issues probably came and went without my knowledge because Lindsay had it covered. She was essential to the end of the evening as well! Our venue could not hold any of our decorations, favors, signs, etc. for next day pick-up because of weddings happening the next day. Lindsay packed her car with our things, brought it directly to our hotel suite, and did a beautiful job of decorating the room with the lanterns and flowers from the wedding. I cried more happy tears at the stunning room! My wedding day would not have been as enjoyable without Lindsay as my day-of coordinator. Please, please, it behooves you to have Linsday. First of all, this review is well overdue! Lindsay was an amazing coordinator and we could not recommend her enough! From the time we booked her to our wedding date, she was extremely thorough and guided us throughout the process. She was always available to answer questions and put together a detailed outline for the day of the wedding that was extremely helpful for us and our families. Lindsay is an absolute Gem! She was our day-of coordinator for our July 1st wedding in NYC and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. From the very beginning, she was super responsive and speedy, she's a true subject matter expert & all the suggestions she offered ended up being the right call. I also liked that her first questions to me were about my goals for my wedding day: what i wanted to feel that day and made sure everything we did allowed us to get that outcome! Leading up to the wedding day, she took all stress off my shoulders. Even though I did all of the planning, she coordinated with all the vendors, confirming timelines and details, and I felt so re-assured and relaxed that everything was taken care of. There are so many things to keep track of and remember, and Lindsay was right there with me every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, I can confidently say that Lindsay was one of the main reasons why I had THE BEST TIME EVER. She kept everyone on time, made sure we were fed, dressed, hydrated and happy. So many little things came up throughout the day and night ( Emotional Breakdowns from Bridesmaids, difficult family members, inclement weather, my bustle broke, etc) and it was such a relief to be able to send guests with issues or questions to her. I am sure there were 100s more issues that came up I didn't even know about. You truly cannot even put a cost on the ability to be worry-free on your wedding day. I wholeheartedly recommend her to ANY BRIDE or anyone who may be hosting a huge party and needs day-of coordination or help. If anyone is on the fence and questioning if they truly really need a day of coordinator: I can promise you it's the part of the wedding budget that I can 100% say was worth every penny, and you will NOT REGRET IT! I couldn't imaging planning my wedding and going through that nervous morning without having Lindsay with me! She was so incredibly organized and helped with the timeline of the day. I'm really bad with figuring out timing so that was really stressing me out. Lindsay had planned out the morning and scheduled which girls were getting their hair and makeup done and what times, it was such a sigh of relief to have help like that! Everyone even had their own pretty printouts of the schedules that she designed! Anytime I was looking for something throughout the day or needed some kind of help, all I did was look in her direction and she was already on it! She has such a sweet personality, you'll feel like you've known her forever. All my bridesmaids and family loved her! Lindsay was the absolute best! From her quick responses and being available whenever we needed day or night, everything went off perfectly - we really couldn't have been as stress free without her! She was always one step ahead with attention to detail and was able to manage over multiple vendors (making sure our rehearsal, reception and cocktail hour centerpieces / floral arrangements, ceremony decor, reception decor, band, dj, photographers, videopgraphers, photobooth, cake, etc went according to plan). She organized and facilitated payments/tips for vendors, and made sure all family/friends were where they needed to be at the proper timing. She never missed a beat and remained calm and professional at all times. She even was able to think of things we didn't think of for the wedding, and was able to give suggestions as to what we should do in certain instances. Side note: She was even able to find my mom's phone when she lost it on wedding day (and my mom loves her selfies!) - so she was a lifesaver! I'm the mother of the bride and my daughter and I cannot let go. I'M SO HAPPY WE DID!!!!! It was the best decision. Lindsay was so on point with EVERYTHING.
My only regret is we didn't hire her from the beginning of the wedding process.

I really do not know where to begin to truly express the gratitude , love and respect I have for Lindsay @ So Many Heart Event Planning .
I believe ppl come in to your life for a reason , for me Lindsay was one of those people. After meeting with Lindsay I knew I had to have her help plan my special day . As a hair dresser and makeup artist I have delt with countless brides and watched them worry , panick and stress the morning of their wedding , I did not want this to be me . As soon as Lindsay was on board she began making phone calls meeting with vendors, my mother bridesmaids, the groom , she properly introduced herself to everyone ! Lindsay attended all my appointments with me to make sure no detail or question was left unanswered or unnoticed . She knew what to ask from her knowledge and experience where as I would have missed certain details . Lindsay spent many nights at my house along with her assistants reviewing details and executing her creativity . She designed my seating chart, table cards, my invitation, menus, programs you name it she did it . Her vast computer skills came in so handy , for I know nothing about designing online ! Bridesmaids maid of honors and fam can often be busy so it's great have someone who can be with you cheering you on and taking the stress away. Your wedding is the most exciting and special day in a girls life and I wanted to remember every moment of it with out worrying . Lindsay guaranteed me that would be the case and it truly was . The morning and day of my wedding could not have gone any smoother . All my girls were ready on time my guest knew where to go I never once had to speak to a vendor if there was a prob (which I still do not know if there was lol ) I was unaware of it . I truly had an amazing day worry free and filled with love . I was able to focus on My husband ,our family and friends . Lindsay dedication , passion and love for her career truly shows you will not be disappointed !!!!
